I own the 2020 evoque base model. The tech is basic, not many bells and whistles for $43000.00. Its nice to look at, but not "impressive" in comfort or performance! The lag time off of the line is embarrassing too. Such hesitation is unacceptable! I wont say i regret the purchase, but look forward to my next car actually being fully loaded and quicker!

Just bought a 2019 and love it. Unfortunately it does NOT have heated seats which seems strange. Driving and maneuverability are a pleasure. In addition, I love the deep red color and the leather seats are still in great condition.

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. I enjoy driving this car. It has all the safety features I was looking for, and I appreciate the camera rear view mirror, along with the parking camera assist. I’m excited to try out the off-road features in a few months and think I could take this just about anywhere and be able to get back home. The various driving modes make this well-equipped.

Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..

I owned a 2012 that was a lemon and a 2015 that was awesome. I still loved both cars but the 2012 had all the first year issues, 2013 fixed half of them, 2014 fixed the last few, and the 2015 had no known issues. I have the 2-door and my only complaint would have to be high speed power. Up to 40 MPH it's a rocket but passing at 65+ it's gutless. Stereo is to die for. We loved the big pano-roof and it never got closed. Many compliments given and pictures taken by fans.
