Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. Would highly recommend and consider purchasing here again.

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Today 11/13/2023 I went back and got my car! Please ask for James if you decide to visit Adam Auto Group he will not disappoint!

I own the 2020 evoque base model. The tech is basic, not many bells and whistles for $43000.00. Its nice to look at, but not "impressive" in comfort or performance! The lag time off of the line is embarrassing too. Such hesitation is unacceptable! I wont say i regret the purchase, but look forward to my next car actually being fully loaded and quicker!

I owned a 2012 that was a lemon and a 2015 that was awesome. I still loved both cars but the 2012 had all the first year issues, 2013 fixed half of them, 2014 fixed the last few, and the 2015 had no known issues. I have the 2-door and my only complaint would have to be high speed power. Up to 40 MPH it's a rocket but passing at 65+ it's gutless. Stereo is to die for. We loved the big pano-roof and it never got closed. Many compliments given and pictures taken by fans.

I must say that my experience buying a new Jaguar at Motor Werks was wonderful. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. So many in fact that I would consider myself an expert at buying a car. So I know what to look for. I have been in a multitude of dealerships over my many years of buying cars and I know where and where not to buy from. You can take my word for it. From the management on down the ladder - these guys are good honest people. They worked with me. They listened to everything I said and we made a great deal for both of us. A total win win. There are plenty of Jaguar dealers to choose from and I am sure that most of them are great. But my money is on Motor Werks and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Jeff Swift was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. A real nice guy! Raul Tomsa was the manager who assisted in making the deal happen. He was equally knowledgeable and willing to work with me. The service department was so nice and informative! I felt like my time was always in consideration, and my Elantra runs great again and it's an 08. I was helped by Nik, but all the other advisors had a hand in keeping me updated, including the manager Larry. Just a great experience in general, would recommend.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra from Sal. He answered my questions with no pressure to purchase. After I made the decision to purchase it took less than an half hour to fill out the paperwork and driving off the car lot with no extra fees. I would recommend Ultimate Motor Cars and ask for Sal. P.S. I had an opportunity to walk through the shop and talked with the mechanics. These guys all seem knowledgeable and love working cars.

I bought this vehicle pre-owned with nearly 60,000 miles but the ride is still so comfortable and responsive. The luxurious seats and air suspension make it a joy to drive. So much power in a sub compact SUV and just enough room for storage. I highly recommend this vehicle as long as it is well maintained, you are less likely to suffer from problems related to neglect and avoid the expense.

I wanted to get a car fairly quickly and knew what I was willing to spend. My salesperson Paolo was extremely helpful and found me my car in the color I wanted in less than a week. To my surprise, the package I purchased even came with several bonus accessories for protecting the interior. Paolo took his time with me and explained every feature in the car (even after closing), which was amazing since the manual looks like an encyclopedia. The dealership followed up later with a Zoom call to answer any additional questions I still had and they’re sending me a free gift! Just bought a 2019 and love it. Unfortunately it does NOT have heated seats which seems strange. Driving and maneuverability are a pleasure. In addition, I love the deep red color and the leather seats are still in great condition.

Ziegler Land Rover steals buyers money and cars. They sell new vehicles to you and then negligently deliver this to someone else with no any proper documentation. When you request your car or money back they simply kick you out declaring that deal is done. Then they steal your sales tax money and they try to register the stolen vehicle on your name. General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. Do not buy any cars from this fat cockroach. They are thief.
