Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

Did business with them on and off over many years. They went from “OK” to “Excellent”. I own several luxury vehicles and dealt with many dealerships. I dread going to any dealership getting through the hole purchase spiel. But this time it was a pleasure. Purchased a new Range Rover. And they made the experience a great one. The sales lady (Viridiana) was very knowldgable and we got a fair offer on our tradein from the getgo. No games, no xx. The service department was so nice and informative! I felt like my time was always in consideration, and my Elantra runs great again and it's an 08. I was helped by Nik, but all the other advisors had a hand in keeping me updated, including the manager Larry. Just a great experience in general, would recommend.

I like the comfort the car provides, I loves the exterior red color and the interior, I love the car's performance, it's very durable and high in performance. I recommend this car for sure

I owned a 2012 that was a lemon and a 2015 that was awesome. I still loved both cars but the 2012 had all the first year issues, 2013 fixed half of them, 2014 fixed the last few, and the 2015 had no known issues. I have the 2-door and my only complaint would have to be high speed power. Up to 40 MPH it's a rocket but passing at 65+ it's gutless. Stereo is to die for. We loved the big pano-roof and it never got closed. Many compliments given and pictures taken by fans.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra from Sal. He answered my questions with no pressure to purchase. After I made the decision to purchase it took less than an half hour to fill out the paperwork and driving off the car lot with no extra fees. I would recommend Ultimate Motor Cars and ask for Sal. P.S. I had an opportunity to walk through the shop and talked with the mechanics. These guys all seem knowledgeable and love working cars.

Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. I love it. I purchased a very low mileage 2013 Evoque, Only problem was AC needed service. I've read so many bad reviews, it kinda scary but I want to believe in it. I love driving it. The premium gas is high but not a deal breaker. So far no problems I did purchase an extended warranty. Wish me luck. It's a beautiful automobile.

I bought this vehicle pre-owned with nearly 60,000 miles but the ride is still so comfortable and responsive. The luxurious seats and air suspension make it a joy to drive. So much power in a sub compact SUV and just enough room for storage. I highly recommend this vehicle as long as it is well maintained, you are less likely to suffer from problems related to neglect and avoid the expense.

Same day service for belts and spark plugs. In and out the door fast. I even went to the wrong branch and was still served! Wonderfully efficient.

So I know what to look for. I have been in a multitude of dealerships over my many years of buying cars and I know where and where not to buy from. You can take my word for it. From the management on down the ladder - these guys are good honest people. They worked with me. They listened to everything I said and we made a great deal for both of us. A total win win. There are plenty of Jaguar dealers to choose from and I am sure that most of them are great. But my money is on Motor Werks and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Jeff Swift was my salesperson. Just bought a 2019 and love it. Unfortunately it does NOT have heated seats which seems strange. Driving and maneuverability are a pleasure. In addition, I love the deep red color and the leather seats are still in great condition.
