We choose to bring our Lexus IS 250C to the dealership for service and not a third party based on the excellent customer service we receive at Lexus in Cerritos. This past service happened to be on Tuesday before the Thanksgiving holiday. I could see from the amount of cars that the service center was very busy. What impressed me the most was everyone at the center never acted as if they were too busy. They all handled things professionally and I never felt rushed on such a busy day with everyone wanting their cars done ASAP. Our customer service rep Eli took the time to explain things to me thoroughly and took great care to keep me informed of the status of my car. He even let me know that he was in meetings during the day but his associate Richard would reach out to me while he wasn't available. Richard contacted me with information about our headlamps and arranged for the work to be done first thing in the morning to accommodate my schedule. When I came to pick up the car, Eli saw me walking up and came out to assist me and took care of getting my car brought out. His associate Richard recognized me awhile I was waiting for my car and asked if there was anything else he could help me with or answer any questions. This type of service is why we choose to continue to use the dealership for service on our Lexus.

So much power in a sub compact SUV and just enough room for storage. I highly recommend this vehicle as long as it is well maintained, you are less likely to suffer from problems related to neglect and avoid the expense.

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. I own the 2020 evoque base model. The tech is basic, not many bells and whistles for $43000.00. Its nice to look at, but not "impressive" in comfort or performance! The lag time off of the line is embarrassing too. Such hesitation is unacceptable! I wont say i regret the purchase, but look forward to my next car actually being fully loaded and quicker!
