I couldn’t be more wrong and pleasantly surprised. Let me tell you Mike was very personable, knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions. From my first phone till I drove my beautiful car out the lot Mike went above and beyond in helping me with my car purchase. The cars on the lot are of high quality and very competitive prices. Diane was fantastic making the purchase documents easy and convenient. I highly recommend everyone to visit this dealer you will come out happy supporting a small business and come out with a top notch vehicle. Had the pleasure working with Ihsan Alhaffar. Can’t say enough but will be real clear; best salesman I’ve ever worked with, and that’s dozens and dozens of cars, from exotic to domestic. Put it this way, I came in prepared to buy a 80k car and Ihsan talked with me about my wants and needs and I bought a 40k car. Talk about unheard of…the best experience. Also, their inventory is top quality used, not the local exotic chop shops.

It was a long journey getting there due to 5 freeway closure caused by Yam xxxx' Vice President, but once I arrived, the greeting was fantastic, the dealership was beautifully maintained, the staff was excellent, and the purchase was one of the best. I've purchase numerous new cars, and this was one of the best experiences (even though it took a long time). I arrived 1/2 hour before they closed and they never tried to rush the purchase experience.

The sales manager and sales person were friendly and cordial . I had a very relaxed test drive with the salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the used car I was testing and allowed me to drive the vehicle for a considerable amount of time.

My salesman Joshua Grice did a great job helping me with my order. He kept in touch throughout the waiting time. Tumi Akingbade thouroughly explained all of the cars features once it was delivered and has replied to a few texts promptly if I texted him a question. 5 stars for both!!
