He truly listened to what I was looking for, set reasonable expectations, and guided me through every step of the process—often answering my questions before I even asked. Because I was traveling from out of state during a holiday week, flexibility was key. Slava gave me plenty of time to plan pickup, which made the process stress-free. Lexus of Portland arranged airport transportation and welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The dealership experience felt truly luxurious, complete with snacks, beverages, and a beautifully prepared vehicle with a bow, ready for a test drive. Slava took us on a drive to demonstrate the GX’s features and made everything easy to understand. We also worked with a tech specialist who helped personalize the vehicle and showed us even more features. Paperwork was quick and seamless, and we were on the road in no time. Even after the purchase, Slava and Lexus of Portland have continued to follow up to ensure everything is going smoothly. I was waitlisted with seven different Lexus dealerships, and they were by far the best to work with. I cannot recommend Slava and Lexus of Portland highly enough.
2014 Lexus CT 200h 200h review
The car that bear fits my needs.
I wanted a used small car that was reasonable priced with under 70,000 miles. I found this small hatch back hybrid in excellent condition. The interior is very sport and I love the hatchback to get packages in and out of the car easily. It will be very economical for commuting to work.
