My 2015 RX350 needed 60k maintenance. Had an 11 am appointment with Dax. Drove in from Eloy and was early. Rod (best greeter ever) checked me in and advised Dax. Dax wrote me up and checked me out in 1-1/4 hrs, in time for me to get to my Dr appointment. And it was washed as well. Kudos to Dax and Rod. Thanks Lexus of Chandler.

A few weeks ago I purchased my second Lexus at Chandler Lexus . I traded in a 2021 IS 350 F Sport with only 6k miles. I truly enjoyed this car but unfortunately, so did the police. After 5 speeding tickets in 8 month period I felt it was best for everyone that I get a bigger not as sporty ( LOL ) vehicle. Well, not much has changed since 11 months ago when I purchased my first car at chandler Lexus and that's a good thing! I reached out to my Sales person and dealing with Greg the Sales Manager made the deal so enticing to move up to nicer heavily equipped ES 350 for minimal amount of money and deal was done. I did attempt to negotiate with the "other" guys in Superstition Springs. That dealership is like dealing with "Shaky Sams" I couldn't get a straight price out of them and each time discussed they'd changed the price and they have a lovely 2k package for cleaning the car and tinting the windows. Biggest rip off artists and don't even waste your time attempting at Superstition. Be smart save time deal with compete professionals, Lexus of Chandler is the best bet going now ! Pricing, product and professionalism and the Service is impeccable !

He is an absolute gentleman, offering a way to sell and guide you as we should expect to receive with any dealer. He drove me through the usual process of car sales, but with a high level of respect, communication and making sure we were always in the same understanding. Leo and the dealership are no must no fuss. They get you in pronto, they assess what you actually need versus an upsell, and if something comes along, that’s out of the norm it’s carefully explained. Bottom line, if I could afford it I would buy a brand new car from them. Fortunately, my 14-year-old model is running fantastic so I don’t need one!
