From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. I have purchased Mercedes, Audi, and other luxury brands, but this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had purchasing a car. By the way, the vehicle, a Lexus LC 500 convertible is incredible as well!

I was impressed with the service, professionalism, and quality of Fields Lexus, as well as Keith, our salesman. When I came to pick up the car that I ordered, it was ready for me with a big red bow on top. Such an amazing presentation. Then, the tech person spent time with me to demonstrate all the (sometimes complicated) new technology. He was patient and competent, the perfect combination. The showroom is gorgeous, and the atmosphere overall is inviting, welcoming each customer who enters. Most of all, the Lexus NX that I purchased is just what I wanted, and Keith found it for me, in less time that was anticipated. Truly the perfect place to purchase a Lexus.
