Used Lexus ES 300h for sale near Keller, TX

I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone involved was great but David called several times to check on our status. We will trust him with all of our Lexus needs. Thank you so much Park Place Lexus!

I love this car. Great gas mileage, especially with me driving to work in the City. Very professional looking and classy. Don't think I would go back to another gas vehicle. The wife loves it as well.

Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.

Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.

Stunning vehicle! Extremely well built. Quiet as a mouse. Even at full throttle not noisy. Fit and finish is amazing. Performance is above average with no complaints. Sound system will run you out of the car! Safety nannies are abundant.

Outstanding from start to finish! Brian Prosser helped me with looking and leasing a 2026 Equinox. There was no high pressure tactics or gimmicks. He took his time to show me the vehicle and drive it. On the purchase price, again...no gimmicks or games. Once the price was agreed upon and the trade in valued, the deal was complete. Nico Anwary was the finance advisor we used. We had used Nico before and preferred him to anyone else. He was very straight forward on the leasing price and recommendations of care for the vehicle. No games/gimmicks. He took his time and answered all of my questions/concerns.

We had a 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. In January 2022 we ordered a new 2022 Avalon Limited. Flash forward 5 months and Toyota said they won't be building the car we ordered. We went down the street to a Lexus dealer because we knew the Lexus ES 300H was very much like the Avalon we had. They didn't have one. We got put on a list so the next one that came in we could look at it. 3 weeks later we got a call. We bought it. ES 300H Luxury model. We have had the car for under 3 months. We love it. The ride is wonderful. Love the large touchscreen. We do miss the folding down rear seats. Overall we are very satisfied.

Pre pandemic we had a 2010 Subaru Legacy and a 2011 Toyota 4Runner. Work from home allowed us to pass down the legacy to the kids. Picked up 2022 ES300h and realized how much we missed the sedan. The Subaru had a 6-cylinder but this hybrid feels just as quick but WAY better fuel economy and a much smoother ride. Everyone seems to like this car and for good reason.

I love this vehicle. I enjoy the quietness and economy of this model. The only drawback is trying to understand how the various features function. Many of the operations are not intuitive.

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Has everything you would want and then some. It practically drives by itself! I love every feature, but it may take awhile to learn everything.
