I bought car in 2024 with single owner and well maintained at Lexus dealership. Drove almost 20K miles and no other expense other than pcc valves & regular maintenance. Drives lile riding on cloud so silent that few of my buddies newer 2025 year cars don’t keep up to standards. 20 year old car & nothing squeks in interior

I had a ceramic coating and cross bars put on my new LX 600. The customer service was fantastic, but when I arrived I was told that they might not be able to put the ceramic coating on. What? That’s what my appointment was for…and I drove all the way from NE Parker. Note I added in the cross bars later. They were able to get the ceramic coating done and supposedly first thing. But it wasn’t done until later…so I was there for almost 6 hours. I hope when I return, my experience will b better.

Bought it brand new (about $37,000) in 2005. The first 2 years of maintenance at the dealership: too expensive. Then in 2007 I took it to a down-to-earth shop for maintenance and repair. In 2017 there was Hurricane Harvey in Houston. It was totaled. At the time not only Texas had hurricane damages, Florida too. So I purchased it back and fixed it (about $4,000). And I’m still driving it. 2024 is the last year it’s a teenager. Next year it’d be a young adult at age 20. Mileage is under 150,000. I purchased a 2005 Lexus ES 330 June 2023 with 39,000 miles. I had to change the EVAP purge valve and I cleaned the Mas Air Flow sensor and removed and cleaned the throttle body. The vehicle had some hesitation and jerking when accelerating. However, it was due to the throttle body being dirty and sticking. The vehicle runs so smooth now with no more hesitation or jerking. I also changed the spark plugs and gave it an oil and filter change. Great car.

I recently upgraded from a 30 year old Toyota Camry to a Lexus ES330. This Lexus is a 2010, this car is smooth. Quiet, handles well, and is an overall great touring car.. no complaints

Everyone who knows me, knows that this car was my baby. It was favorite of all the cars in which I have owned. Initially I thought it was a "girl car"(don't kill me ladies, but this is what I was lead to believe at that age), boy was I mistaken. This car is as masculine as it was feminine. Sleek, quick, responsive, stylish and most of all dependable. I made it mine and unique by adding rims, changing the head unit and lights. Never left me on the side of the road; and I was up and down the east coast from Connecticut to Florida, it pushed along. Everyone knew my car from any distance away. You will not be disappointed with this vehicle. But remember, take care of your car and it will take care of you.

I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

I sent the check and they shipped it to me in Geneva, NY 1400 miles away! I was not only satisfied with discussions with Frank, but the car arrived and I am thoroughly satisfied. It needed a right front bumper molding and Frank agreed to send one to me. This dealership requires consideration if you want to buy a well serviced car of any make or model. This dealership has a remarkably great reputation an I agree that it is one of the few So Florida used car stores who are honest, service the car BEFORE selling it and takes careful steps to insure good relationships with customers. I may even buy another one from them, and spread the news of his store to my friends up here in the North who may want a "rust free" Southern car! My beloved Pontiac Vibe died on a Monday. I looked at replacing the engine but getting back and forth to my job every day is also very important! Decided to check just in case online and Gladstone had the exact same vehicle, one year newer with much lower mileage at a price I could afford! Within a week - I drove to KCMO with a cashiers check in hand and drove it home. Thank you for working with me through messages and phone calls to be sure we could complete my purchase in one visit!

Was provided good service with them. I went to check out a Nissan Sentra for my daughter but came out with 2020 Kia Soul which was better/ comfortable car. Smooth finance team and process. My only advice is if you buy a Kia make sure you know if your current insurance will cover the car and look at the cost. That was my mistake (it was on a Sunday) because I was told things were good with insurance company's covering Kia. I was going to return the Kia and get something else because they don't have a return policy. But, my daughter loves the car but will trade it in about 5 months and get something else from Atlanta Used Cars.
