The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Matt and the used dealership was great. We talked via the phone and had everything prep and ready to go. The warranty guy, not so much. He was very pushy on a extended warranty after being told no 3-4 times. The only reason I deducted a star. We picked up a RX350 and was great process.

They are easy to work with even out if state, and are really nice people

This car is super quiet , solid feeling , and sooooo smooth ! The eight speed transmission shifts so well , I sometimes cant hear or feel the shifts and only know its happening if I watch the tachometer.

Had a Mercedes AMG 250 CLA for last5 years with zero issues. EXCEPT very expensive oil changes (about 250 each time) and it took high test. ALMOST went with a 2025 AMG again, but after visiting Lexus 3-4X I was sold on a ES 350 F Sports handling. MUCH better ride. Super silent inside car. GREAT finish. AND it takes reg gas and oil changes under 75 bucks or less. over all I give this a solid 10

The next couple evenings, Adam and the technician (an unsung hero I wish I’d caught by name) stayed past 10:30 p.m., both wrenching side-by-side to get me back on the road. The following day I picked up a perfectly repaired LX, checked out of my rental vehicle, and headed home on schedule. Adam even gave me his personal number and asked me to text when I arrived safely—service that goes far beyond the job description. Temecula Valley Lexus knows I’m unlikely to become a regular customer from hundreds of miles away in another state, yet they treated me as if I were family.
