I own a 2014 GS 350 rwd w/premium package & 18" rims. (meteor blue metallic) I give reliability 4 stars because you need to know what state the cars is in and when it needs service, unless you let Lexus handle all of it. I bought it in 2019 with 90k, the front struts were shot and it had clear coat issues. Some fool lowered it, I got 2" back with stock springs. Now that the suspension is fixed and I bought a buffer, the car is hot~. Jumps with a throaty noise and the brakes are always at the top of the pedal. The 18" wheels make the car serious with 235-45Rs, brakes and corners have glue. Its not a top-end sports car, but gives you a taste with the assisted suspension and sport mode's high rpms. It also does just fine on eco mode in traffic going easy on its primo gas. (If it acts doggy someone used regular or missed a tuneup: avoid) '14 Lexus GS 350 will handle any driving job with comfort and class. Lexus has a track(s) available. Its almost as good as the F-Sport, but more discreet.

He explained everything about the vehicle that I didn’t see at other Mercedes dealers that I had test driven at. Not pushy, or aggressive selling but confident and gave us our space and let us make the decisions under no pressure. They gave us the time to decide and encouraged us to explore and research. I didn’t get this experience anywhere else. The buying experience was smooth and very nice and the sales person's Ray & Joe got us a good deal. This is a great place to buy a Mercedes. No high strung, bottom line aware aggressive pushers sales and service guys here. Just normal, knowledgeable, and regular people who know a lot about Mercedes. I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how my interaction and sale went. We got the deal done and we were in and out quickly with a new car. Fantastic customer service. How outstanding is the 4th Generation GS 350? It’s so exceptional that I just purchased my third one in eight years. My first was a ‘14 Sport and it was fantastic. During the early part of COVID when car sales were in decline I was at a Lexus dealership and they had a CPO ‘17 non-F Sport with 18k miles for sale and I was able to trade-in my 90k mike F-Sport, put no money down, reduce my payment by $30 per month. After a couple of years I really missed the performance of the F Sport, and the comfort of the 16 way adjustable leather seats. So, I recently traded in the ‘17 for another ‘14 F Sport. I’ve driven just about everything else that’s out there and I always come back to Lexus for the build quality, reliability, value, ease of city driving, and of course the performance of Sport+ when the roads beckons me to dig in. And this is easily a 200,000 mile automobile if you find one that was well maintained up to now. Now that the GS has been discontinued, you can find immaculate examples from $20k -$35k, depending on how important mileage is to you. I highly recommend limiting yourself to only authorized dealers or private parties with complete maintenance history because otherwise there’s simply too much avoidable risk. If you need the extra status and luxury appointments that come with BMW, Mercedes, or Audi there are plenty of pre-owned examples out there. Just be prepared for the cost of ownership.

Met my needs. First reliable. Second nimble and fun to drive. Third, comfortable highway cruiser. I have had Lexus, Honda and Toyotas for years due to their reliabiltiy. Plus I have a mechanic well versed in those vehicles. Wanted a luxury car that met the criteria above. This one did it.

Redline Auto Group /Emmanuel and Shawn have to be the most honest used car dealership in the world. No joke they literally returned $700 to me due to an error my lender made that I nor my lender would have ever noticed had they not brought it to my attention. Prior to the sale they also delivered the car to my choice inspection shop 10 mins away with no hassle, then covered the one issue found prior to the sale. I negotiate for a living and know my way around a car so I was ready for some serious haggling but the entire process was no xx. The price out the gate was more than fair, the car was in proper condition and they addressed every single one of my concerns promptly for over a week via messenger, texting, email and phone. They made the process a breeze and were very professional and patient. I highly recommend this place even if you don't know jack about cars.

I had the best customer service and experience dealing with Mike. I live outside FL so I asked a friend who lives there to go see a car and test drive it for me. Everything Mike told me on the phone about the car was accurate. He is a super nice and honest guy, no beating around the bush, no non-sense. My friend spent about an hour checking out the car and test driving it and Mike was there answering all my questions (I was on video chat with my friend the whole time). He then held the car for me for 2 weeks until I was able to go there and pick it up. I flew in on a Saturday and my flight was delayed by a few hours, so I didn't make it on time. However, Mike waited for me even though the shop was already closed and let me pick up the car that day. He already had all the paperwork ready to go, I just signed and paid for the car and was on my way. Since he was so nice and went out of his way to help me, I wanted to buy him a beer as a thank you. But instead he invited me to his house for a beer. Just an unbelievably nice guy, I wish all car dealers were half as awesome as Mike. It has now been a month since I've had my 328 XIT BMW and I am super happy with it. It runs smoothly and it has definitely been a great purchase. Thank you, Mike!

Went to Phat’s today to look at a Camry and can say this was easily my best dealer experience. Phat took the time out of his busy day to talk with me about the car and share his great knowledge of the engines and navigating the used car buying experience. He gave me advice and was honest and straight up with me placing no pressure to buy the car even giving advice which would lead me elsewhere. If your like me and hate going to dealerships because of the sellers you usually encounter, I can assure you that if you walk in and ask for Phat he will give you that feeling right off the bat that he is a trust worthy person. He will give you advice about the vehicle (coming from a master auto technician) and get you into something that is right for you not into some xxx that has the best profit margin. Also if your cool he will even show you cars he is working on in his shop and shoot the xxxx! My experience today was different (for the better) because the small issues I had with the car he was willing to sit down and go over making a list to fix before we made a deal… where I am used to the seller dropping the notorious “the car is priced for what your getting”. Anyways, he has clean cars there and stands by them with a warranty that is rare in the used car business. And trust me when you talk to him you know he will stand behind his warranty and his cars.
