Captain Seats are a bust
This is my 4th Lexus 460 GX. It seems smaller and there no point using the 3rd row no leg room. What I don't like especially is that you can view everything in your cargo area between the Captain seats. There's no cargo or tonneau cover to hide the cargo. I bought a piece of carpet to hide what could be seen and it continues to fall down.

They are responsible. I may just take a nap while waiting. I mean a short nap because they don?t waste your time. They will guide you throw everything. Things that you didn?t know will be addressed in a reasonable way. I have to mention Mike Kim, great guy. I know it was team work for Toyota. But Mike explains everything in details and won your trust. BTW, there were many people in the hall as they were waiting for their vehicle maintenance. That is a very good sign. What gained my respect for carmax is that we bought a car a HYUNDAI ELantra 2012. DROVE THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. Went to trade it in and we found out the car was in a bad car accident in the front, and that's why it was pulling to the right. We were never told that this car was in an accident. We were told that it never was. Immediately they paid off our loan and put us in another new car. That's a good company. Therefore in my opinion they are awesome
