Very Luxurious Car inside and out, super reliable, never had any issues, drove the S500 and BMW 7 series before buying and liked this much better. Bought it used but it felt brand new. It is the best value luxury car available. Really amazing on long road trips or when you are in the car all day, it is like driving around in a recliner or a living room couch.

This is our 3rd LS and 5 Toyota/Lexus car in the family. Am amazed at the quality and luxury that this car offers. Besides the regular oil changes every 10k miles, we dont need anything else done on it. The paint quality is great and so is the interior material quality, Lexus enform apps, navigation, Mark Levinson stereo and so on. Stick with Michelin Pilot AS tires as they are smooth, quiet and longer lasting. Wish the gas mileage was slightly better.

Great car, very quite, very comfortable ride. Performance and reliability were most important and it excels on both. Very happy with it so far. I had Lexus 350 ES before this and Ls 460 is significantly better.

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

Came in late in day to look at several well priced. Salesman, Mark Green helped with his knowledge of vehicles and allowed me to leave lot with carfax reports of vehicles I was considering. Great sales experience. Service is also tops as I have had my current vehicle serviced once so far.

Out of state buyer, I purchased my 1970 Ford Torino. My sales person was Terry throughout the whole process. Not sure other buyers in past didn’t do their research before buying but overall this company and sales person Terry took care of me and worked with me. I hired a Mechanic to look at the vehicle we came to an agreement that satisfied both of us. Had my car delivered and was very pleased with my purchase. Thank you so much. The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.
