The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

This is the third Lexus since 2007 and meets all expectations.The last one was a rx450 h.my wife was very hesitant to trade it in.It was a phenomenal car for 9 years .It had 95000 miles which is low miles for its age but was driven mainly city traffic.We only changed the starter battery after 8 years for preventative reasons.The best car we have ever owned. I expect this car to meet or exceed the 450.The dealership is by far the best I have dealt with and after the three experiences I say this with confidence.North star lexus you are the standard dealerships should strive to be.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. I've driven many different cars and i love this hybrid it's comfortable and beautiful, the mpg is good (could be a bit better i thought for a hybrid) drives nice, quiet.. but for an expensive brand this company uses absolutely the worst GPS system!!! it's so frustrating for someone like me who has no sense of direction and rely on my GPS full time. it does not tell you the correct time with traffic (which it should because i pay for satellite) and it doesn't re-route you if there's heavy traffic like all my other cars did, can't choose min toll, never re-route to a side roads plus when i know my roads and i'm on a straight line home it tries to put me back on the highway to go 3 miles further to get home it's ridiculous!! this company needs to use a different GPS system, the MDX even cheap FORD has a better system!!

Zareh checked my car in for it's routine service, he was efficient and courteous. My car was ready in half the time he quoted me (awesome), and I took my car to be washed right afterwards. As I was washing my car, I noticed some caps were missing from my tires. I went back, and Zareh was the first to greet me. I told him the situation, and he immediately gave me four new caps, and even put them on my car. Zareh! You angel! Gave three stars for the facilities, they're fine. If you get there early you may even get a donut.

I feel that this is the perfect size car for anybody. It is not as low as other sedan, and its height actually make is very comfortable going in and out of the car. I enjoy the interior the most as everything is just right around. The riding and driving feel is good and comfortable. The best part? I can drive up to 500 miles with a full tank of gas! Amazing!!!

Pros: - Handles like a car. Precise handling. Corners very sharply. - 7.9" ground clearance. Handles dips and bumps with ease. No more bottoming out. - Solid feel. Heavy doors. No squeaks on any surface. Lexus quality. - Have the all-wheel drive Hybrid. 32 mph on Sport mode with A/C full blast in Las Vegas. 34-35 mph on Sport mode with A/C off. - Ergonomic driver layout. Everything easy to touch. Premium package with blind spot monitoring, parking assists, sunroof, power telescopic wheel, driver seats pre-sets. - Seats are very comfortable, front and back. Back seats recline and passengers love it. The material is fake leather but I heard it won't crack over time like real leather. Cons: - Trunk space and headroom is small compared to RAV4. - The power lift gate is very slow and doesn't always work when you press it the first time. - Wind noise above 60 mph. This is not Lexus like. - Sport mode is acceptable. Normal mode is too slow. - I spent $44,000 for AWD with premium package plus $950 destination. If you're on a budget, go for RAV4 AWD for $35,000 and save $10,000.

Nice, smooth process of buying a new car and trading-in my older vehicle. The sales associate, Michael Thomas was professional and courteous. The finance guy too was professional and didn't take too long to complete the paperwork.

I opted for the premium package, which makes it a lot nicer on the inside, love the sun roof, heated/cooled front seats, and heated steering wheel for winter time. Great safety features and rearview camera! Only drawbacks would be smaller cargo capacity and limited interior storage.
