They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. all great, they used to have breakfast service on Saturdays...it was a great deal...either way, service and quality still top notch as far as i can tell.

Jim (Sales) and Christian (Finance) were fantastic to work with at West Side Lexus. I worked with Jim during the week to secure a Saturday appointment. Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. Everyone there was friendly and the customer waiting area is great, lots of space and a pretty decent hot chocolate in their fancy coffee machine :D 10/10 recommend

The repairs to the faulty servo motors on the air conditioning system were repaired very quickly and the loaner vehicle was very much appreciated. I have both of my Lexus vehicles serviced at Sterling McCall, their service department is top notch.
