Great place! Maintenance Required light came on so made appointment. They found I needed alignment. I live way out of town and they got alignment, couple of new tires, oil change, filters & tire rotation done that morning! Efficient & nice. They take such good care of my vehicles I still trust my 21 yr old farm truck.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Took my 2004 RX330 in to have the dash replaced under an enhanced warranty program. They replaced the dash in 2 days free of charge and a free loaner car. J. Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

Phillip took care of me, as he always does! He’s my favorite advisor and he got me in and out fairly quickly. I had an appointment at 8:15am. I showed up an hour ahead and Phillip told me he would try to get me out within an hour and a half of my appointment time but I was out no later than 8:40am
