Brian was unavailable when I reached out with a question about my tire. Jim took my call and answered all my questions. He set a service call right away. Got there Brian Kobus took me right away. Richard was my salesman, very attentive, very responsive, very helpful. Jacob is the knowledge man. He knows every single button, switch, command, trick, gadget in every vehicle. He drove 45 minutes to my home to show me the inns and outs of my vehicle and programmed my garage door openers. If he doesn’t get commission he should! Daniel in the service department was my service representative. Every, single person I have dealt with at Lexus has been absolutely amazing. Best customer service ever! The cars are incredible, but it’s the customer service that will keep you going back.

Anthony was terrific, he found a nail in my tire just by walking around car! He is so available and terrific knowing my needs. The facility was clean and very pleasant with confortable seats.

The soonest I could have a brake noise looked at which was discovered after driving off the lot was 4 weeks. Fortunately the brake issue isn't a safety issue.
