Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. However, Luis explained that only necessary services were required, which alleviated my concerns. Following a discussion with my husband, we decided to proceed, and I appreciated Luis Cassanova's willingness to accommodate my budget. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received, and Luis was a pleasure to deal with.
