Picked the RX350 off the website while it was in transit. Paul reached out to me and I let him know that I was extremely interested in the vehicle. We arranged to have it held for us. We got there shortly after they opened and were met by Paul. After a short test drive we went back to the dealership and completed the deal. The time to complete the transaction was long, but not excessive. They also provided water and snacks. I’m very very happy with my new RX350 and will go back for my next one.

However, Luis explained that only necessary services were required, which alleviated my concerns. Following a discussion with my husband, we decided to proceed, and I appreciated Luis Cassanova's willingness to accommodate my budget. Good price for the oil change compared to the quick change places. Vehicle check over and I wasn?t pestered to spend more. They were busy and it took close to two hours. But class service.
