I recently purchased a Lexus TX-450h through Earnhardt Lexus in Phoenix. This is the second car that we have purchased through this dealership and the second car through David Bader. We also worked with David’s boss, Steve Bennett, another top notched, can-do individual! He helped out when David was unavailable. Love this dealership as they are very responsive and professional to all our needs. We are lucky to have them close by to our home. David is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, he is not a typical salesman. He is not one of those high pressure car salesmen that calls every other day. He tells you all about the car and the features, answers any questions and gives you space to make an educated decision based on your needs! In over 40 years of buying cars, David is the best I have ever seen! Mia did an excellent job on showing me how everything worked and set my phone up for the car. We choose to bring our Lexus IS 250C to the dealership for service and not a third party based on the excellent customer service we receive at Lexus in Cerritos. This past service happened to be on Tuesday before the Thanksgiving holiday. I could see from the amount of cars that the service center was very busy. What impressed me the most was everyone at the center never acted as if they were too busy. They all handled things professionally and I never felt rushed on such a busy day with everyone wanting their cars done ASAP. Our customer service rep Eli took the time to explain things to me thoroughly and took great care to keep me informed of the status of my car. He even let me know that he was in meetings during the day but his associate Richard would reach out to me while he wasn't available. Richard contacted me with information about our headlamps and arranged for the work to be done first thing in the morning to accommodate my schedule. When I came to pick up the car, Eli saw me walking up and came out to assist me and took care of getting my car brought out. His associate Richard recognized me awhile I was waiting for my car and asked if there was anything else he could help me with or answer any questions. This type of service is why we choose to continue to use the dealership for service on our Lexus.

We met a very helpful internet sales rep named Maria, whose communication skills set her apart from the other Lexus dealerships. She was lovely and knowledgeable in person. We were paying cash and agreed on a price quickly-our only concern was how many hours it took to finalize the deal with so many attempts to sell us on maintanence packages.
