I considered cars and brands from 6 different dealerships over a two week period. Ian’s product knowledge and exceptional follow-up outshined the others I worked with at other dealerships and was how I became convinced that I needed my purchase to be a Lexus over Volvo, Cadillac and BMW and in particular a Lexus from Germain East, rather than the other Lexus dealerships I visited.

2013 GX460 had a WICKED lean. Repaired sufficiently after just a few hiccups, with an unexplainable bounce when driving. 95% satisfied with the bouncing repair. Texas road infrastructure is not the best anyway.

It was great to be able to make an appointment without any delay. Had to call versus doing online, but at least you get a person to answer right away. Great follow up before, during, and after the appointment by Jose.

I brought my car in for service to Lexus ofJacksonville on Atlantic Blvd. My service advisor, Andrew, was excellent. He made the whole process easy even when additional work had to be done. Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p.
