My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Our 3rd Lexus. 2000ES 300, RX350, RX350AWD These cars are bulletproof. Only maintenance is oil change, tires, brakes. That’s it! You can get it maintained for less at any Toyota dealer.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Had annual service done on my xc60. Service was thorough and prompt. Very easy process and Jud was attentive as usual.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

Words can’t express how efficient my experience at Honda at Superstition Springs was after taking a lengthy break from this location and going elsewhere for my car services. For the BEST service and care, please ask for Dakota! He is a veteran in the business, yet very humble, kind and willing to give you the best service for your vehicle with ultimate transparency. Also if you need to utilize Honda’s shuttle service, Mike will take good care of you. For reference, I brought in my 2015 Honda Fit in for a A/C flush & charge along with an oil change. Bought 2018 Lexus RX 350 used in February of 2022. It was 3.5 years old at that time and had only 24k miles. Paid $32,660 and then 8% taxes (NY State). When it was new it was over $61K. The paperwork was inside the glove compartment. It is a comfortable and powerful car. It has all available options, apart from heated and electric back seats, which I don’t need. I am glad they not electric. It is much faster to put them down by hand. The gas mileage in the city is not great, 16 miles per gallon, but it is great on a highway. When I drive by myself on a highway I get 28 miles per gallon. Mark Levinson sound system and head-up display are great. I upgraded and installed integrated video camera to record everything and added wireless Apple car play and android auto. Installed both myself. It was easy. In these almost two years of driving I put only 10,000. Of course with only 34,000 miles I don’t have any issues. I change oil every 5,000 and that is it. I plan on keeping this car as long as it works. Most likely 20+ more years. I wish the gas mileage was better in the city, but it is what it is. This car is the best on a highway. You don’t feel tired and don’t feel any stress when you are on a highway. It feels like as if I am sitting home on my couch. In heavy traffic on a highway I turn on adaptive cruise and lane keep assist. and let car drive itself - it is fun and relaxing. It gives me time to relax. I love my car.

Previously owned a UX-250H. Great gas mileage, nice overall performance, but small. Rather than just go a step up to the NX line, we decided to go further up the line and get the new RX350 AWD. We’ve had the RX for 5 weeks and put about 700 miles on it, to date. I was concerned that the turbo 4 might be insufficient for such a large vehicle, but it does move quickly, if not with some ruckus. The interior is airy and bright (macadamia leather/bamboo trim on my RX) and the large infotainment screen is pretty easy to use. While it looks good in most colors, it really looks spectacular in Copper Crest—which is the hue we selected. Very happy with the purchase!

The maintenance/service department did good work to resolve the issue. Jonny was very helpful and kind to work with. The communication was good throughout the entire process. Courtesy is the name and courtesy is delivered!

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.
