I have just purchase a 2017 Rx350 FSPORT from Lexus Of Chandler. I didn't need to shop around, I service 2 Rx350's there. The service manger Jim Deboy is the main reason for the first time in my life I didn't shop around before I bought. The buyer experience was a pleasure and even the haggling was a give and take. The main man, service manager Jim Deboy you won't find a better manager or human being in Arizona or from NY where we moved from. For 46 yrs I have been buying new cars and truthfully this was a long experience for the day and the most pleasurable of all my buying experiences. I said it before I bought I don't need nor want to go anywhere else because of Jim Deboy and I'll say it after the experience. No better place in Arizona and NY, no better people or service. When a problem pops up which is part of owning a car. Jim always handles it and resolves it in the end and that's the 100% truth.
I am the happy owner of a Lexus sedan and have purchased fourvehicles, over the years, from this dealership and it’s predecessor. My service representative, Tom Miller, has stayed the course and the service has just gotten better and better. My most recent visit started with a recall repair but I decided to have the oil changed and the car detailed - and am absolutely thrilled with the detailing result, not to mention the friendly, efficient and courteous treatment provided by everyone I come into contact with, during every visit. My wife and I had an Excellent experience working with Richard Rollnick , Sales and Leasing Consultant for Schumacher Mercedes Benz in Scottsdale, AZ in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I can not say enough about the professional manner by which Richard conducted himself throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about his products, a gentleman at all times and most important was a good listener. I was happy to be in and out fairly quickly. Albert the sales man was very friendly and do everything for me to meet my needs. He listened to what I was anted and did not try to up sale me which is very annoying to me
