Overall, very great for the salesman. However, it is a little bit surprised that any negotiation space existed. The financial officer tried to push us to add extended warranty.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming! Ethan my sales rep was kind and patient and Vince the manager hooked me up big time. Didn't feel pressured at all here. Anyone in the market looking for a vehicle you should definitely come akd check it out. I definitely recommend!!!

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

I took my 2019 Mini in for service and left with a BEAUTIFUL 2025 Emerald Green mini. I adore these cars! They are so wonderful on the highway, and in the city. She looks fast just sitting still. The new features have everything my heart has desired! Sirrus radio, GPS, ApplePlay, I can listen to my audio books! Best of all, there is a level piece that fits over the back, so there is no more dipping. When the seats are flat, it's so easy to load up all my stuff when I go on road trips. My Yorkie loves the smooth ride, and it's nice and quiet! She falls asleep!! My Sales guy, Christopher, was a gem - didn't push or insist on anything just left me to stew over which one I wanted. While I hated to say goodbye to Alyce (my 2019 Mini) I was so ready to say hello to Emerald - my new one. That green is just spectacular. Most of all - EVERYONE at Mini of North Scottsdale is amazing. Seriously!! They are all very helpful and friendly from the mechanic experts that have worked on my car, to the managers, the check in person, and the sales people (I've been many times and wasn't buying but they were still so friendly). Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

It seems to me that it can serve forever, be inherited from grandfather to grandson, and will become a family legend if you love it like I do. Safe, comfortable, and passable everywhere, the Lexus RX 350 knows no problems on the roads, either in winter, or in the rain, or in swamps. At the same time, its elegant design will allow everyone around to admire it and want to buy this car. I’m in love with this set of comfort in the car interior - it’s never hot or cold, it’s warm and cozy, like home, regardless of the weather outside, long roads or difficulties in traveling. My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

Overall positive experience. I found the truck online, and when I got to the dealership the pictures were accurate of condition. Worked with John, let me drive the car wherever I wanted (other dealers only had predetermined routes and they sat in the back). Had 1 concern about the truck, which John handled before I came back the next day to bring my trade in. Buying process was straight forward, and no hard-ball tactics.

Bought 2018 Lexus RX 350 used in February of 2022. It was 3.5 years old at that time and had only 24k miles. Paid $32,660 and then 8% taxes (NY State). When it was new it was over $61K. The paperwork was inside the glove compartment. It is a comfortable and powerful car. It has all available options, apart from heated and electric back seats, which I don’t need. I am glad they not electric. It is much faster to put them down by hand. The gas mileage in the city is not great, 16 miles per gallon, but it is great on a highway. When I drive by myself on a highway I get 28 miles per gallon. Mark Levinson sound system and head-up display are great. I upgraded and installed integrated video camera to record everything and added wireless Apple car play and android auto. Installed both myself. It was easy. In these almost two years of driving I put only 10,000. Of course with only 34,000 miles I don’t have any issues. I change oil every 5,000 and that is it. I plan on keeping this car as long as it works. Most likely 20+ more years. I wish the gas mileage was better in the city, but it is what it is. This car is the best on a highway. You don’t feel tired and don’t feel any stress when you are on a highway. It feels like as if I am sitting home on my couch. In heavy traffic on a highway I turn on adaptive cruise and lane keep assist. and let car drive itself - it is fun and relaxing. It gives me time to relax. I love my car.

Good experience with Tyler and Katie I purchased a pre-owned X3 recently from Arrowhead BMW. It was a pleasant experience going through the purchase. I visited the dealership a couple of times to test a couple of vehicles, and there was no rush or pressure put on by the dealership. Pricing was transparent though one has to be diligent to review every line item when the final price is done. A couple of small items remained, which the dealership resolved quickly, and had the vehicle completely serviced. Would recommend the sales team of Tyler, Katie, Andre and Tony. I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!
