This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Have only had this 2015 Lex for about 5 weeks. OK so far. In my earlier 2 yrs' experience w a 2008 RX 350 and before that, 10 yrs with 2 ES 350s, these are comfortable & generally reliable but the cost of maintenance & repairs is at least twice that of a Toyota or Honda. Things like the rear door struts/rear door mechanism or hood struts breaking down, is one thing, but the main engine seal leaking hits you w a big bill.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Well, there may have been some poor experiences for some, but my experience was exceptional. Alan answered all my questions prior to flying out from PA to IL. Even picked me up at the airport. The pictures provided matched up exactly with the car when I viewed in person. There were a couple of niggles with the car and Alan graciously offered to take care of them. Found Alan to be candid, gracious, helpful and honest. Office support, Brittni had more patience than I might have when talking with PNC for funding verification. I would recommend Illinois Motors and the whole process with no reservations.

We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

At the same time, its elegant design will allow everyone around to admire it and want to buy this car. This was the first time I purchased a used car from a dealer. I saw it on cars.com and called to see if it was available. Bill (William Saccucci - the owner) spoke with me himself and said he had it in stock. He sounded decent and dependable (said "this is a family business"), unlike the many dealers I had called before (some of whom were downright insulting). I got there as fast as I could. I was surprised by the appearance of the place when I got there. It looked like an office / plant more than a dealership. Luckily the signage made it clear I was at the right place. It looked neat on the inside.The walls were covered with generations of happy customers. In business since the 1980s, Bill has sold cars to people who have returned to buy again, and sent their kids and grand kids to him. I was still on guard, because this all seemed too good to be true. In an industry filled with shady practices and people, it was hard to believe such a dealer existed. Then Bill came out to greet me and show me the car himself. Every word that came out of his mouth, convinced me more and more than this was not a sham. Indeed, it is not. I cannot overstate Bill's wisdom on buying and selling used cars. He told me his goal is to save his customer the difference between the cost of a new car vs. a used car (the reason most people buy used). However, he said he must do this with integrity or not at all. That's the crucial difference: you save money without being screwed. He's been doing this for 30 years, but he is has been doing it very intelligently for 30 years. He knows how to get a truly good deal, which he then passes on to you. This is why his customers are so loyal. I am glad I bought my car from him and will definitely return again and again. P.S. He can find a car that you want, if he doesn't have it in stock.

We have owned a 2004, 2011, and now 2016. They just keep getting better and better. The new transmission makes me smile when it comes to gas milage. This last 5000 mile road trip the average tank registered between 28 mpg to 32 mpg.

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

We have owned the lexus 350 for nine years with no problems or breaking down on trips , this suv is reliable and for me gets great gas mileage. The only reason we are selling it is because we have more grandchildren and we like having them spend time with us ,there isn't enough room for our four grandchildren to ride at once. I wouldn't sell if this wasn't the case. Love this suv.

I loved this car and felt very safe driving it. It is a good looking car on the outside and inside. There is lots of legroom and I loved the front heated seats. It gets great gas mileage and I could drive on the freeway for about 6 hours before needing to refill it. I have no complaints overall about the car. I am only selling it because I am moving and will no longer need it.

Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.

Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.
