Hi, i own a Is250 for almost 6 months now and after having this car for a period of almost 6 months i feel like i owe this review to this particular piece of art, i bought this car used as my first car and i had few other options that i was particularly interested in such as the 09 Accord and a 05 Gs350, while buying the car i wanted something quick, comfortable, good on gas and Ofcourse reliable and i vouch that this car has checked all the boxes i bought the car with over 400k KM driven i’ve driven this car allot even driving more than 600-700KM in a day, the last owner didn’t do a good care of the exterior and interior but he indeed took a decent care of the mechanical side of the car so far after driving more than 40k KM in just 6 months the only thing i spend was on a battery and a oil change thats all! Been super reliable girls like it and its a quick car truly a amazing vehicle to own 100% recommended

My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch. Bought it brand new (about $37,000) in 2005. The first 2 years of maintenance at the dealership: too expensive. Then in 2007 I took it to a down-to-earth shop for maintenance and repair. In 2017 there was Hurricane Harvey in Houston. It was totaled. At the time not only Texas had hurricane damages, Florida too. So I purchased it back and fixed it (about $4,000). And I’m still driving it. 2024 is the last year it’s a teenager. Next year it’d be a young adult at age 20. Mileage is under 150,000. I bought a 2006 RX400H because I didn’t want a car payment anymore from a 2021 Toyota RAV4 XSE. Even though this car is older - it’s 100x more smoother than my 2021, and the ride quality outshined the RAV4 by a landslide. I can’t recommend this car enough!

Attracted to this dealer by their inventory and prices. Was skeptical, because it’s not a mainstream brand dealership. I had just left a crooked one in Norco. Car was just as advertised, and salesperson Art was completely no-stress and straight forward. Let us go on a test drive and said “take your time”. We did and found some mild noise coming from the passenger side wheels. When I returned, I told Art about the noise and warning light on. He got their mechanics and 2 of them went for a drive. Came back after 10 minutes and one of them switched and sat in the back seat. I assume to locate the noise. Another 10 minutes later they returned and told me they went back to their shop and raised the car to locate the issue. It turned out they needed to replace the shocks and bearings. They would need to order the parts and would have the veh ready the next day. They would also warranty their repair. I was sold. An honest dealership with honest employees??? I bought the car on the spot and will return tomorrow to pick up the car. This is my daughter’s first car, so safety is everything. Don’t let stereotypes fool you. These guys are serious about quality and the customer.

I spoke to Phat on the phone. Everything he told me was true. The person who helped me when I came in was courteous and knowledgeable about the truck. He gave me the key and let me drive it. I didn’t realize how much larger the Tundra is over a Tacoma. I didn’t buy because I like a smaller truck. My helper understood and did not try to pressure me. I would recommend Phat’s to anyone looking for a used car or truck.

I inherited my 2003 Lexus GS 300. My mothers husband bought it new in 2003. It was kept in the garage, so the paint cured and never faded. Both retired, they didn't drive either car very much. He passed in 2010 and my mom kept her Nissan but preferred driving the Lexus. We listed her Nissan for sale. Later when mom passed in 2017 I kept the car. Today at 58,000 miles in 2023, the engine is still clean (no oil blowby) and there are no problems. I do long for newer upgraded technology, like back up camera, GPS screen, USB ports. But remembering my first 1966 car, do I really need to spend $60,000 for a new one? Maybe one day. The only issue is the cupholders are in a cramped place, and it makes it easy to bump the seat warmers. Hardly a problem though. 'Experience Amazing' has been a true marketing slogan, as it really is amazing. Although I prefer a Lexus RX ( SUV) this car is so great, I cannot see giving it up.

This vehicle outdistances any other luxury car I’ve driven, by virtually every measure. Moreover, its automotive integrity and reliability (which mean fewer repairs) are unsurpassed. Every time I read accounts of MBS550 owners crying over maintenance expenses, I have to chuckle. For a pure luxury blue blood, pay $30-50k less for an LS and enjoy the ride.

He was very communicative, prompt response and delivered Lexus quality service. Forrest reminded me why I keep buying a Lexus, excellent customer service.

Never a "have to have it" kind of car guy until I saw, researched and drove this car. It's a solid, powerful, and super slick cabriolet that only catches the eye of the passionate. It has a beautiful saddle leather interior with gorgeous wood details and a really good stereo that rivals todays' car stereos. It has strong and silent 4.3 V8 that is top of the list reliable. I bought my 2002 in 2023 and fixed a few things with the audio system and is now a low-mile like-new car. I love driving it when I can and will til I can't drive anymore.

I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

I've had this car for 7 years and it still goes as well as the day I bought it. A friend drove it the other day and was so impressed he's going to buy one too. The handling and quiet understated design gives me everything I want. Next to buy is the IS350 with a bit more power.

The telephone call was pleasant. The sales person was cordial, and informative. Our problem was she is on the West coast, and I am on the East coast! It's, as you might expect, difficult to buy something sight unseen.

2011 model at 155k miles, still drives like new. Getting average 49 mpg during warm months and 47 mpg during cold months. Never had any electrical or mechanical issues. Everything is still OEM parts including both traction and 12V batteries. Front brake pads still have about 1/2 of the original thickness. Synthetic oil every 10k miles and just following the regular recommended maintenance items like engine air filter, brake fluid, spark plugs, engine coolant and converter coolant. Soon will get a new set of tires for the 3rd time.
