This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I met Arsalan in the evening on a Friday. He had been at work all day when I arrived, but he didn't seem irritated by my presence, even though I came in later than normal. I mention this because I know that if I were in his position, I would just want to go home when my shift ended. I told Arsalan the model of car I wanted and he showed me where it was parked. This car is perfect and makes sense in every way. Quality, style, luxury, safety, beautiful mpgs, and so much more. The suspension is a dream (I’m coming from a Volvo xc90). Don’t waste money on the upgraded sound system the base system is better than any car I ever had. Premium + gets you a customization feature of choosing interior color illumination. This car has everything so happy with this ride.

All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. It is literally perfect in every way. The exterior and interior are very stylish, the powertrain is incredibly smooth, and the infotainment is miles ahead of what I was expecting from a legacy auto manufacturer. I am genuinely so impressed with this car, and I can confidently say that it has my full recommendation for anyone looking for a gas-powered mid-size SUV with excellent fuel efficiency.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

Get settled in for the long haul as this Lexus NX 300h makes for a great road-trip car. Both the front and rear seats are comfortable and supportive. Combine that with a plush ride, a quiet cabin and strong climate control system.

He was extremely knowledgeable of all the cars features and went over them with us in great detail. Look forward to the same kind of professionalism and customer service during my future service visits. I am disappointed with the scheduling of repair service. The soonest I could have a brake noise looked at which was discovered after driving off the lot was 4 weeks. Fortunately the brake issue isn't a safety issue.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I was in the market for a Hybrid vehicle and was at the Toyota dealership and unfortunately they did not have anything in stock at the time. The salesman there (Max) did not stop there, he took me over to the Lexus side of the house and there I worked with Austin and Destiny. I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

I wanted to update my review with more details because in our experiences, Joey Domingo has had great integrity and treated us fairly. Twice in the last two years he has given us quality customer care. Several months after we bought a Tundra, they honored the reimbursement for a second key and fob as negotiated (always get it in writing-this is true with any deal). Joey wasn't in town when we stopped in, but another rep looked it up for us and squared us up. Our family, relatives, friends and more know we can rely on Affordable Used Cars. This isn't to say that their inventory has only perfect cars, you still should do a test drive, see a car fax, and whichever other steps you do when car shopping. Saw a post about lug nuts not matching or other items, I think sometimes people don't realize they are buying a USED car that someone else owned previously. Sometimes people are shady to Affordable Used Cars and do dirty tactics to hide a mechanical issue for a sale - Affordable IMO does there best to reasonably work with a car they accepted. Even though vehicles are sold as is, they honestly try to work with people if someone is vocal about a car not performing right - most dealerships also run into this at times. They also are great at replacing windshields or comping that cost. I highly recommend this business and we will continue to refer people to go with Joey. Joey/Affordable can often get you a better financing rate even if you have longevity with your bank.
