We met Scott Mendelsohn at Stevinson Lexus about 6 years ago and he is the most honest and ethical car sales manager we have ever dealt with and trust him implicitly, so we followed him to Kuni Lexus. When it came time to sell my vehicle, not only was Shawn the first person to reach out to me but was also the only one willing to come to me - which was a HUGE help! I own a 2014 GS 350 rwd w/premium package & 18" rims. (meteor blue metallic) I give reliability 4 stars because you need to know what state the cars is in and when it needs service, unless you let Lexus handle all of it. I bought it in 2019 with 90k, the front struts were shot and it had clear coat issues. Some fool lowered it, I got 2" back with stock springs. Now that the suspension is fixed and I bought a buffer, the car is hot~. Jumps with a throaty noise and the brakes are always at the top of the pedal. The 18" wheels make the car serious with 235-45Rs, brakes and corners have glue. Its not a top-end sports car, but gives you a taste with the assisted suspension and sport mode's high rpms. It also does just fine on eco mode in traffic going easy on its primo gas. (If it acts doggy someone used regular or missed a tuneup: avoid) '14 Lexus GS 350 will handle any driving job with comfort and class. Lexus has a track(s) available. Its almost as good as the F-Sport, but more discreet.

The handling of the recall was handled in a professional way. Service was fairly quick. Wait area provided a decent selection of snacks and beverages in in a comfortable environment.

All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. It is literally perfect in every way. The exterior and interior are very stylish, the powertrain is incredibly smooth, and the infotainment is miles ahead of what I was expecting from a legacy auto manufacturer. I am genuinely so impressed with this car, and I can confidently say that it has my full recommendation for anyone looking for a gas-powered mid-size SUV with excellent fuel efficiency.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

How outstanding is the 4th Generation GS 350? It’s so exceptional that I just purchased my third one in eight years. My first was a ‘14 Sport and it was fantastic. During the early part of COVID when car sales were in decline I was at a Lexus dealership and they had a CPO ‘17 non-F Sport with 18k miles for sale and I was able to trade-in my 90k mike F-Sport, put no money down, reduce my payment by $30 per month. After a couple of years I really missed the performance of the F Sport, and the comfort of the 16 way adjustable leather seats. So, I recently traded in the ‘17 for another ‘14 F Sport. I’ve driven just about everything else that’s out there and I always come back to Lexus for the build quality, reliability, value, ease of city driving, and of course the performance of Sport+ when the roads beckons me to dig in. And this is easily a 200,000 mile automobile if you find one that was well maintained up to now. Now that the GS has been discontinued, you can find immaculate examples from $20k -$35k, depending on how important mileage is to you. I highly recommend limiting yourself to only authorized dealers or private parties with complete maintenance history because otherwise there’s simply too much avoidable risk. If you need the extra status and luxury appointments that come with BMW, Mercedes, or Audi there are plenty of pre-owned examples out there. Just be prepared for the cost of ownership.

My '04 GX470 has only 148k on it, and i have no doubt it'll go at least another 200k. Its also "comforting" to know it'll blow the doors off the police ford explorers. With regard to fuel economy, i use a fuel tab supplement and consistantly get 19 to 20 around town and 23 on the highway at 70. I have gotten as high as 24.5 when using high grade fuels. If I had to replace it, the only vehicle I would consider would be a v8 Tundra

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I just had a wonderful experience getting a new suv and trading my old one in. The manager Justin was very kind to work with my situation. I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

My salesman was perfect. I called the dealership before driving an hour to him. I asked about any hail damage and there was none! He handed me the keys to my car and made sure it was exactly what I wanted every step of the way. I?m very happy with my amazing car.

I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!
