I had a great experience at Bob Thomas Ford. I found the staff to be curtious and helpful. At no point did I feel any pressure. They let my wife and I check out the vehicle we were interested in with nothing more than a "let me know if you have any questions" and "what did you think?" at the end. I found the entire experience pretty laid back and easy.

My wife and I live in OKC. We shopped 3 different Lexus dealers for a new RC 350 and Grant Smith at Lexus of Wichita was easily the most responsive. He was pleasant, professional and we felt no pressure in dealing with him. He found what we wanted (the car we wanted was intended for another dealer and he and the staff negotiated to trade allocations.) We traveled from OKC when our car arrived. We spent about an hour and a half visiting while he completed the paperwork. Very relaxed and even the "additional options/warranties" offer took only 10 minutes with no pressure. I'm 56 and this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

I went to purchase a car without a large criteria. Cathy in Sales was able to ask the right questions until we narrowed into the right car. My customer service experience did not finish when the contract was signed. Cathy is very attentive and has completed my buying experience with all the amazing follow-up. I purchased at 2016 Fusion SE. Got a great deal, have always used the Sullivan Ford Quick Lane for oil change, etc. THe service department is top-notch and provides answers in a timely fasion.
