Loud screech sound when backing up while brake is applied 4. Dash goes black when comes back on error message system shutting down to save battery 5. The people were extremely nice and helpful. HOWEVER, they have a policy that I find troubling and at least somewhat misleading. They will not sell you the vehicle for what they list it for .(of course we expect sales tax, title and tag. But if you do not have a trade in it’s $500 more . And if you don’t finance it it’s another $500. Yep $1000 more. I inquired about financing to save the $500 . Policy is that you have to make 4 payments before you can pay it off. I’ve owned furniture stores for 49 years and I can picture the disbelief if I tried something similar .

Love the car, it is very plush!
I have owned a used 2012 MKX AWD for just about a year now and I LOVE IT! Got it for just under $10k with less than 94k miles and it is loaded completely. The power from the V6 is rather good considering the size of the car and the interior is very comfortable and definitely more upscale than the Ford Edge cousin. All in all the car is doing great with no problems what so ever and since it is a well known Ford engine (used in many Fords including the V6 Mustang) the maintenance isn't highly expensive and can be done by the owner if they are so inclined.
