I have my MKZ hybrid for over a year. The car has been reliable and great on gas (avg 42mpg). It has all the features I want (panoramic sunroof, LED headlights, etc.) Performance is probably the weakness, but I am not drag racing or craving corners around town in my daily driver.

Lincoln redesigned their fleet and their MKZ had become their force to be reckoned with. Sexy styling, quick throttle response, luxurious interior styling, with a perfect meshing of every conceivable creature comfort/option. Having enjoyed 40+ mpg with my Hydrid, I became a believer. I always had Japanese cars, but switched to a Mercury Milan from a Camry in 2010. Then, I upgraded to the MKZ Hybrid in 2016 (purchased used). The Milan and the MKZ are very similar cars, both based on the old Fusion body. I recently have been looking to get a new car, for no good reason (except maybe to switch to a hatchback for more storage), but honestly I can't find a reason to trade it. It's incredibly comfortable, very quiet, gets fantastic mileage, and has been really, really reliable. I took it in for it's 100K service (to the dealer, no less) and they said all it needed was an oil change and maybe replace the filters for the seat a/c ducts (didn't even know there were such things). More reliable than the Camry, even, and that is saying something. I can drive a whole day without any back issues, and the car purrs quietly. My only complaint is what other people think when I pull up in a Lincoln :-). They seem to think it makes me older. But the laughs on them, because apparently this car ages REALLY slowly.

I bought the car in December of 2014 with 40k miles on and now I have 148k 5.5 years later. The cars looks caught my eye and all of the options and MPG really made me want to test drive it. Test drove it once and came back when I had time to do the paper work. I take good car of the car with oil changes every 7.5k and I can honestly say I have not had one mechanical issue. That is still so shocking to say compared to my Jeep Grand Cherokee I had prior... (bad memories). I've been lucky to have a car that has saved me a ton of gas money over the years and been maintenance free other than oil, filters, etc. It really goes a long way and I've received numerous compliments on it even today! I look forward to seeing Lincoln continue to make this car and hope to continue to have an affordable daily driver always.

Great gas mileage, averaging 42 mpg. Very good ride and plenty of space. Acceleration is adequate, but worth the great gas mileage. The switch from gas to electric is seamless, and the car averages 50% of the miles on electricity.

Over the last 6 years the only things I've had to do was put gas in it and change the oil. I was a little worried about buying a hybrid because I'd never owned one. But it was a great decision. I love the gas mileage, I average 31 miles to the gallon, with most of that being city driving.

The owners of this dealership have gone above and beyond to help my 18 year old son troubleshoot the issues with his vehicle well beyond the warranty period. I will purchase from them in the future.

It is my second Lincoln. Being a hybrid it gets very good gas mileage like 40mpg in the summer less in the winter because the gas engine has to run more to heat the interior. Rides very smooth,is very quite,good sound system and comfortable seating for four.One thing you have to get used to when it starts there is no sound because it starts on battery mode.

The MKZ Hybrid is under-rated. I've been averaging 38 MPG on regular gas. The tank holds about 11 gallons and I usually fill it with 8-9 gallons. Regular is usually 50-65 cents a gallon cheaper. After 5 years of driving, my only problem was when it was left out last winter in -25 F weather with blasts of wind that felt like -50F. The car wouldn't turn over and Lincoln came out, started it and offered a free tow to the dealer. I replaced the battery and smooth sailing.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience working with Jason at this Ideal Cars location. They had the car I wanted at a price I could afford.
