Used 2025 Lincoln Navigator for sale near Chevy Chase View, MD

We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

I didn't end up buying a car this time but they were very helpful with all my questions. There was no pressure. It seemed as if they wanted to make sure that I would not get the car unless it was perfect for me.

My sales agent, Matthew Christian was extremely supportive. He thoroughly explained my options and made recommendations that he felt best fit my needs. I highly recommend him. My finance person Ana was also very helpful in making the purchase of my Lexus a smooth transaction.

Brought our ?23 Mini Countryman in for maintenance service. The service technician noticed a slight axle grease leak. Brought it to the service representative?s attention. Next thing we know they have us set up with a loaner Mini, parts ordered and we?re on our way. Repairs were done promptly under warranty and in four working days we have our baby back! Neil McMahon answered all of our questions via email and phone. Received a great quote and made the 4.5 hour drive. Pristine dealership and greeted warmly. Neil was fantastic and very personable. I set up an appointment on line then the salesman said he would have it ready outside. Our appointment was 3 days out. When we got there the car handnot been processed yet It needed work done and it was dirty. We test drove it and liked the car and the price. Also when we got there the cost of the car had gone up a couple of hundred dollars. Because I copied what we saw on line and our preapproval they gave up the price we first saw. That was nice. The car needed some work done on it and they did it for no cost to us. It took over a week and a couple of phone calls. We now have the car we expected to bring home the day we got it.

I had a great experience with the dealership. Great communication and service. Lee and Kevin took good care of me and would recommend them 100%.

I give them a 5 star rating for being upfront and honest on their pricing . There online prices include many rebates I don’t qualify for and rather than have me drive an hour just to find out we weren’t in my targeted price range and waste my time they were honest. They were also quick to respond to my inquiries.

So far it has been a great experience. As soon as showed my interest on a particular car, Kevin and the Dealer responded to me offering any information I could need for me to make a decision. It’s so good to see this kind of prompt attention. We’re still in the process.
