I had a phenomenal experience at DCH Subaru of Riverside. This was after trying out a few other brands and even a few other Subaru dealerships. We first went to Spreen (San Bernardino Subaru) and while I sppreciated their help with the initial test driving phase, things quickly devolved during the sale process. We next went to DCH Subaru of Riverside and met with George and IMMEDIATELY there was a difference. I gave DCH the same information I gave to Spreen and Ontario Subaru, but DCH was the only one that listened. I told them my limit in dollars and what I was looking for. I felt listened to and taken care of, and my first new car purchase went much better than I thought it would (especially after getting runarounds from other dealerships). It is now about a week later and I am still over the moon with my purchase. I feel I got a fair price and everyone comes away with something. Because of DCH Subaru of Riverside, I am now a proud owner of an Outback and part of the Subaru team. DCH got me as a customer for life...I plan to buy and service all of my cars from DCH. When I picked up my car the next day, George and Michael and Josh handed off to keep things smooth. I cannot say enough good things about the people and my experience. To top it off, George scrounged up some swag to put a smile on my daughters face (as well as my wife) and now our cat is groomed with Subaru brush. If you are interested in a new Subaru, please do yourself the favor of giving DCH Subaru of Riverside a chance. Do your diligence and check Edmunds and KBB for an idea of what is a fair price so you go in informed, then go to DCH and see what they can do for you. Personally, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. I honestly cannot wait for the first oil change to check out their service department (they are supposed to be just as awesome as sales and finance). I will update my review then or write a new one based on that too.

I have had 5 Navigators and Loved each and everyone , the Navigator fits my life style perfect , it is just me and my wife and we use it to move boats, trailers and our everyday needs. The gas mileage is great for the size and power is in matched !

I found the car I wanted at this location and they were super helpful in getting it transferred FREE to a location closer to me so I can go in to pick up.

I have owned 4 Tahoe’s prior to my Lincoln Navigator. This vehichle is far superior in every aspect to the Tahoe. I love this vehicle and will buy another one unless the Tahoe makes enough improvements to get me back.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

We bought the standard model and now wish we had gone up to the Reserve level as some of the luxury options that we assumed came with the Lincoln name were missing.

Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I but I love the interior and exterior style Can’t be more happy with this car It’s been running extremely well now no issues at all !😊

bought this car used from a dealer,I am a Lincoln guy always bought Lincolns this buy far is the best Lincoln I have owned,smooth driving nice interior and exterior is very nice,the reserve model has all the bells and whistles just love it had to replace the rear shocks at one point but al was covered by warranty other than that I like this car just the right size and good on gas with this 4 cylinder engine and has enough power with the turbo engine really pretty quick on take off and on the road .

I've purchased many many new cars and I know what I expect out of a dealership and a sales person. And I am familiar with how to achieve and what is a fair deal. I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

Bought this 2017 in 2023 after owning an 2009 MKZ for 4 years. It is an extremely comfortable, stylish car with impressive performance. I love the interior and ergonomics, wonderful sound system, and more features than I can itemize. Money well spent!

I have had a couple warranty-covered issues with my otherwise-wonderful 2018 Pacifica. At J-Star, there was no hassle and they even noticed another warranty-covered item and took care of it for me.

Purchased a 2022 Grand touring (PHEV) Lincoln Corsair and so far it has been fantastic. Averaging 35 miles on battery (pure electric) and have recently acquired 40 miles on electric. Have most options and ride is outstanding for the smallest Lincoln. Another option is Heads Ups Display which keeps you focused on the road. Also have 24 way adjustable seats with massage and they are so comfortable.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

The Nautilus is very surprising in both comfort, drivability, and power from the 2.7 engine. At 6'4 and over 300 lbs. I am very comfortable Driving it. Entry/ exiting the vehicle is great. It took me a while to read and learn about all of the buttons and knobs. I have only had this vehicle for four months but am very satisfied.

Wonderful vehicle. Have had MKCs, MKXs, and MKZs in the past and the Corsair compares very favorably with these other vehicles. Have about a year and absolutely no problems at all. Very comfortable, great performance and certainly gorgeous styling inside and out. Love it.

Purchased my Corsair Reserve new. I have been very pleased with my purchase as the Corsair has served me very well. I would recommend the 2020 year as it has more features at a reasonable price. Every year after 2020 saw price increases and less features available.

Took my 24 Bronco in for oil change. They did a great job and the Bronco is running better than before. Not sure if they updated some software but the transmission seems to be smoother.

I'm 6'1" - I would like a bit more space in front Brakes don't sound right; dealership said they are fine, but make a noise when braking (at times)

Comfortable seats, quiet cabin, and above average passenger and cargo space in its class. Although it's not intended to be a "sporty" car, it actually has better than expected performance on the road as it's very smooth, responsive and agile.

I purchased my mkz in 2018 it was a year old. Previously the car was a rental so I was sort of doubtful about my purchase but the price was a bargain. This car ended up being one my best purchases that I have ever made. Very reliable and stylish great on gas and comfortable as well. I will say as far as interior my park reverse and drive buttons wore off and my driver seat leather started to crack. What made me really appreciate the car was the wonderful service dept (Landmark Lincoln)we have here in Englewood CO. Always courteous and got me scheduled within the week. Always had a loaner car available if I needed it and never tried to oversell me service that I did not need. These guys are great . Sad they discontinued this vehicle but I am on the look out for a Aviator.

I was interested in a particular car and reached out to see if it was still available. I was assured it was, but when we got there it had been sold. They offered me another car, same year and model with less miles. They dropped the price to match the other car. Runs great and my Grandson is very happy with it.
