It's bucket seats offer very little in terms of cushioning, the setup is stiff, and the steering is not powered. But for those who crave a tight connection with the road and a go-cart feeling like no other car you've ever driven, then the Lotus Elise simply can't be beat. Once driven, it's clear, Lotus has created a car for the car enthusiast who prefers the sound of the engine over the radio, performance over creature comforts, and a feeling you'll always reach for every time you push the ignition button. This is a drivers car, not a pampered car.

The Lotus Elise is a true sports car and that is all the company makes. This car is surprisingly comfortable even for tall drivers. Handling and acceleration are great for road or track and the unique styling of the Elise will set you apart from all the others.

Nought a used 2012 Evora N/A in 2017. Thrilling car. Feel totally connected to this machine driving it in a way I only otherwise had i n a 1973 911 years ago. This car expands on that feeling with more of everything. Exceptional handling. Stock clutch wasnt great but had an Evora gt clutch installed and it hasbecome more exciting still. Hard to call it totally reliable toyota engine. Gas cap just brokeHad a door sensor replaced a door sensor, master cylinder, slave cylinder and now clutch replaced. Would have a problem with all of that if I didnt love this car so much.

Anybody considering an Evora will want to know if the car is easy to live with, fun to drive and a generally sensible proposition. It's all that and more. The Evora is great value for money given what you'd have to pay to get something that can top. Every drive is an event in the best way. If you're a daily or frequent driver of this car, you'll be happy to know the Lotus is easy on consumables, surprisingly comfortable and relatively inexpensive to own. But all that is secondary. The car is more fun to drive day to day than anything else you can buy. If you're in the market for something special at a reasonable price as these things go, you need to drive a 400 before deciding to buy that Cayman or Corvette. The Evora's unique in the market. With Geely on board, it's a good time to get one.

Great car. Fast. If you own a lotus you have to be ready for some idiosyncrasies. There are a few things that are weird. But overall very satisfied.
