Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.
Every person with whom I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. And, the car wash and interior cleaning was thorough and carefully done!

This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.
Throughout the discovery and then purchase process, John Busse was informative, knowledgeable, and willing to patiently work with me to identify the best vehicle and purchase options for me. Once I picked up the vehicle, he spent additional time helping me get familiar with all its features and gave me the assurance that I could call whenever I had additional questions. This was a great experience...easy, no hassle.... and I love my new vehicle!

I love the way this car drives, handles and feels on the road. It's sleek and very responsive and fun to drive. It has a wonderfully comfortable ride.
I've never in my life had such a wonderful experience at a dealer. Nor any repair shop. They sent a text reminding me of the appointment. Upon arriving, I was puled into the receiving area. The service manager (I forgot both their names) can out and knew why I was there. I mentioned a couple other things which were bothering me. They were excellent in communication about what they found and the additional costs. I had made the appointment as the right front passenger door was stuck in "superlock" and would not open. I mentioned that the brake light on the dash would not go out. They installed the correct front brake pads and rotors and installed the wiring for the wear sensors. They also did a full vehicle check and found a couple other things which will be addressed at a later date.
It now has the correct parts and works much better.
I will be visiting again to address the other issues.
Most significant car I have owned.

Very well designed and built. Exceptionally comfortable. considering that this is the top of the line model the only two complaints would be the less than ample leg room space in for the back seat passengers and the the lack of a power assisted lift gate. Tow features that have little impact on me personally but to impact my passengers.
I just bought my Outlander a month ago. I was very pleased with the service I received at that time. I brought it back in to have a trailer hitch installed and once again, stellar service. This is a great place to buy a car!

FIRST ONE WAS T-BONED AND FLIPPED TO ROOF 3 DAYS BEFORE FIRST PAYMENT DUE. NOT A SCRATCH, BRUISE, NOTHING HURT! HAD GAP INSURANCE, GOT REPLACEMENT 4 DAYS LATER. HANDLES GREAT, V6 HAS VERY GOOD POWER, VERY COMFORTABLE, AMAZING LEG ROOM FOR MIDDLE ROW.
Bought a car a year ago from Mike, very friendly and helpful in the buying process. Took the car back a year later due to some computer problems, spoke with Dan about the situation and he was extremely helpful in getting the situation resolved, even offered us his own vehicle to use while ours was being repaired! We spoke with him about needing a new Van for our handicap children and all the specifications we needed. He said he would get on it and find us what we needed. A week later he had a van for us! He introduced us to Chuck his Ford Specialist to walk us through all of the new vans features and capabilities. He was wonderful! Very kind and helpful through the process , felt like he was very genuine. We appreciate all the time and attention that Dan, Mike and Chuck took in the whole car buying process. Thank you!!!!!!

I’m 6’03” and had plenty of leg room for my frame. It has plenty of cargo space with the ease that the seats fold down. It handled well and is an ease to park.
Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Have not had the vehicle but about a month. My wife is the main driver and really likes it. I have driven it on several occasions and enjoy driving it. Interior is nice and appears to be of good quality. Not sure about the auto engine off at stops. It is a little jerky when it comes back on, but this option can be turned off. Even with it off, the car has immediate sensitive acceleration, but this may be something I’m just getting use to and will adapt to it. Overall very satisfied.
I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
Plenty of leg room in front and back. Drives so nice. Love the get up and go with the v6. Easy to clean leather. Big cargo space in back.
