2024 Mitsubishi Mirage review
I downsized from a 2014 Subaru Forester I had for 10 years, purchasing a 2-year old Mirage SE with a whopping 4000 miles on it. It’s a beautiful tiny car, as loaded as can be, and averages 40 mpg. It works great in the city and on the highway and is a little cocoon of amenities. The visibility out the front window was a bit challenging to get used to due to the black box. And despite only being 5’4” I sit really high to the windscreen. Otherwise the interior fits me great — being aware this is not a car built for bigger people or those needing to haul more than 2 people and some groceries (although I do plan to take it camping), I love the styling and overall zippiness. It was priced very well for the model. This will be a long-term vehicle for me and I’m very pleased a month in.

2023 Chevrolet Equinox review
The equinox is very nice for the price. My biggest complaint is has a horrible suspension. I even lowered air pressure in the tires below the recommended pressure and the ride was no better. You feel every little bump in the pavement.

2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

2025 Honda Accord Hybrid review
Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L Review (1,500 miles) After careful research, I purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L and have now put just over 1,500 miles on it. As a tough critic, I’d give the car an overall 9/10, with many aspects deserving 4.5/5 stars. What I Like: The Accord feels exceptionally well-refined, handsome inside and out, and surprisingly high-quality. The dashboard and infotainment system are straightforward, responsive, and user-friendly. Controls are logically placed, voice commands and hands-free calling work reliably, and call quality is excellent on both ends. I especially love the regenerative braking paddles on the steering wheel. They keep me engaged while driving (especially in the city), help recharge the battery, and reduce wear on the brake pads. The driving experience is a highlight — the car feels agile and nimble in traffic, with competent acceleration, steering, and braking. It simply feels well-engineered and enjoyable to drive. On cold Michigan mornings, the vehicle warms up quickly, the windshield defrosts fast, and the cabin reaches a comfortable temperature within about five minutes of remote start. The three-level seat heaters are effective and useful for maintaining comfort without running the heater constantly. What I Don’t Like: Headlights: While the low and high beams provide good visibility, the automatic high-beam system is finicky. It sometimes stays on too long when oncoming traffic approaches, unlike the flawless system in my previous 2018 F-150. Seat Comfort & Space: For my daily 70-mile commute, the seats are adequate. As a 6’0”, 250 lb driver, I have plenty of headroom and the car comfortably fits five adults. However, I suspect the seats may not be plush enough for longer trips, and I wish there was a bit more legroom. Fuel Economy: This is my biggest disappointment so far. I drive about 85% highway miles. In cold weather (low 40s°F). I’ve been struggling to break 38–39 mpg, with occasional warmer drives reaching 42–43 mpg. I was hoping for closer to the advertised 48 mpg combined, even in winter, and expect improvement as temperatures rise. Data Privacy: I discovered after purchase that Honda and Google are collecting significant driving and vehicle data with limited options to control or limit what is shared with them and third parties. Overall Verdict: The Accord Hybrid EX-L is a refined, comfortable, and enjoyable daily driver with excellent build quality and thoughtful features. Minor frustrations with the auto high-beams, seat comfort for long trips, and lower-than-expected MPG in cold weather keep it from a perfect score. Still, I’d highly recommend it for most buyers, especially once warmer weather returns and fuel economy improves.

2025 Nissan Kicks review
Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

2022 Kia Forte review
I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

2022 Chevrolet Trax review
Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I recently visited Cavender Ford Dealership in search of a new truck. Living in Galveston, TX, I had done a lot of research on the best deals in Houston and nearby cities, and I quickly realized that no one offers deals quite like Cavender. They not only beat the competition on the price of a new truck by a significant margin but also gave me a fair trade-in value for my vehicle. Overall, my experience was somewhat mixed. On the positive side, if you’re looking for an unbeatable deal on a truck, this is definitely the place to go. The sales team, especially Michael McClinton, Noe Aguilera, and JR Ortega, worked closely with me and were instrumental in helping me secure the beautiful truck I had my eye on. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, making me feel like they were genuinely trying to get me the best truck for the best price. Their approach was knowledgeable, friendly, and refreshingly low-pressure, making the entire buying process smooth. However, the dealership fell short when it came to management and after-sales service. Unfortunately, the management team did not uphold the same level of customer service as the sales staff. I encountered a few issues after the purchase, and their response was much less helpful and timely than I had anticipated. It felt like their interest in assisting me dropped off significantly once the sale was complete. Some promises made during the sale weren’t fully honored afterward, which was disappointing. After taking delivery of the truck and returning home, I noticed one of the hubcaps was missing. I contacted the dealership the next morning and provided a photo I had taken while at their location to prove that the hubcap was already missing before I left. Although the sales team was eager to assist, they were unable to get any answers from upper management. Fortunately, I had the picture as proof, so it should have been easy for them to send me a replacement. However, it took nearly a month of countless phone calls, text messages, and even speaking with a manager named Manny, who rushed through our conversation and falsely promised to overnight the missing part, before I finally received it. I bought a brand-new truck, but after noticing the missing part, it felt like I was driving an old truck, and it took away the excitement of having a new vehicle. Management or ownership didn’t acknowledge the issue as significant, nor did they make any effort to address it. They didn’t offer an apology or attempt to make up for the disappointment I felt about losing the excitement of my new truck. In summary, Cavender Ford is an excellent choice if you're after a great deal and a positive buying experience. However, be cautious about after-sales support, management and ownership and make sure to get everything in writing before leaving the dealership, as their management and ownership could definitely improve in this area.

2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

I HAD TWO (MINOR?) PROBLEMS WITH MY NISSAN SENTRA SV 2024 SO FAR; REPAIRED BY THE CAR BASIC WARRANTY (I ONLY ‘PAID’ IN TIME WAITING IN THE NISSAN SERVICE CENTER). 1. 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque review
I bought this vehicle pre-owned with nearly 60,000 miles but the ride is still so comfortable and responsive. The luxurious seats and air suspension make it a joy to drive. So much power in a sub compact SUV and just enough room for storage. I highly recommend this vehicle as long as it is well maintained, you are less likely to suffer from problems related to neglect and avoid the expense.
