I bought my Fj cruiser 13 months ago. It was a great experience, from start to finish. Medi was great to deal with, worked with me to get me into the car. Connie was amazing with getting my financing in place. The whole process was quick and painless, which was unexpected, I was even able to drive it home the same day. The car is a beautiful bright red FJ, 2012 Trail teams edition, with 55k miles on it, and it still looks brand new. It is the best car I have ever owned, new or used. It has had no issues at all and runs like a dream. The 4x4 worked extremely well in the snow and on the beach this year. I would def recommend this dealership. A side note, A friend bought a 2011 FJ with 20,000 less miles, from a DIFFERENT dealership, for the same money, 1 month before I bought this, in comparing the undercarriages, hers has a concerning amount of rust, mine has almost none. Medi definitely goes for quality and has pride in the cars he sells. I would def work with Auto excellence group again.

Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reasonable. My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! We can’t wait to get out on the class 4s!

Gorgeous Pininfarina body with Ferrari built engine and Maserati history makes it pretty compelling as a second hand purchase... a steal imho. My wife wanted my exotic to be an automatic this time around and I still have a tallish 13 year old at home so I needed real rear seats. The interior is on par or better than my Ferraris of old. Performance betters my Lamborghini Countach 5000QV in all categories (I had the rear wing which slows top speed) and it rides great unless you hit the 'sport' button which opens the baffles for great exhaust music but also tightens the suspension a bit. Due to COVID19 I have yet to take it on a long road trip, but pleasure rides have been fun. It is a 'GT' and not a full on sports car, so the high 4 sec 0-60 is plenty fast. I love the trident inspired wheels as well, subtle and stylish. It is a pretty big car being based on the Quattroporte's wheelbase. That makes it nice to drive on our freeways too. I think it is a great combination of grace and speed. I also think as the last of naturally aspirated Ferrari built V8s they will eventually be worth more than I paid. Originally I was looking at used Aston Martin V8 Vantages but their auto-manual was too jerky despite that car's gorgeous shape. The added useable 2+2 seating and true ZF auto with paddle shifts sealed the deal. I have not had any mechanical issues so far, but also haven't driven it very much due to COVID19 lock down. That said, my Ferraris in the past never gave me much trouble, so I expect it will be a non-issue.

Best car for the money and it has a Ferrari manufactured v8 and id recommend getting the convertible. Very fun weekend cruiser to have and since Maserati stopped production of the grantrismo recently, their bound to go up in value

My 4th Quattroporte (and 6th Maserati ) over the last 35 years. My 2015 (bought used) Q-Porte is by far the best I've ever owned. Rock solid reliable, fast and sexy sounding as only the Italians can do it. Normally you have to have a sense of humor to own Italian cars (FIAT-Fix It Again Tony) but in the case of the Quattroporte just buy one, you won't be sorry.

Showed me a coupe of vehicles and never pressured me to buy. With his assistance, I was able to make the buying decision that was best for me. In my experience, the prices were more than fair. I love my Maserati GT sport coupe. It is one of the best sounding exotic supercars out there, I don't know why people hate so much on Maserati, the brand has been around before Ferrari and has won multiple world wide racing cups. My car has a NOVITEC supercharger (came with the car @ 646hp) which makes it very RARE!. No matter what the cost, people that don't own exotic cars like Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren etc., do not understand that owning a car like this is not cheap!, if you cannot afford it then do not purchase it, it does not matter what you pay for it the maintenance will cost and it gets expensive, I spend roughly $10,000 per year on brakes, full tune-ups, tires (especially, $4,000 per set) and that's not including all the extra stuff i have done, so the car is not a KIA, or FORD, Maserati is a piece of art on wheels.

Felt a bit like a fish out of water when buying a GMC Sierra among the Maserati, AMGs and Austen Martins, but Medi treated me like someone buying any one of those beautiful vehicles. First let me say that I have purchased several vehicles over the past 50 years. I have found that negotiating an agreement with the management is always a nerve-racking hassle. My point is that I always do extensive research into every aspect before talking with a dealer so I am well prepared to "haggle" with the dealership to get my best deal possible. Because I am 6'8" tall and just don't fit into most cars made today, I have been purchasing full size conversion vans for the past 30 years. Unfortunately, conversion vans are almost impossible to find in New England. To make matters worse, unbeknownst to me, they stopped making the style of van that suits my needs in 2014. I now was forced to search for that nearly impossible to find used conversion van in great condition with low mileage. After months of looking, I finally saw a van on the internet at a Ferrari dealership in Massachusetts that looked interesting and just had a price drop. My wife and I decided to take the 45 minute drive to the dealership to see the van. I searched for a "friendly looking" sales person and asked if he could help me. Fortunately, Esmael Rodrigues was the person who took the van in trade and knew all the details. I explained my situation and he took my wife and me to see the van. We liked the van and went back to Esmael's office to discuss what each of us needed to make a deal happen. I asked that the sales manager be in on our negotiations from the start. While we waited for the sales manager we had a friendly conversation about our travel experiences. Somehow the traditional adversarial car buyer versus dealer conflict disappeared and it was friends talking about their past experiences. Somehow, whatever charisma we had going on increased when Chris Lozanski, the sales manager walked in. We didn't talk about the van; we talked about our interests and life experiences for quite a while. When we got back to talking about the van it was almost like we were old friends that had a shared problem that we both wanted to solve for our mutual benefit. Being a Ferrari dealership, they specialized in selling expensive, high end 2-door sports cars to a certain type of customer. Unfortunately, Chris acquired an 18' long "fancy passenger van" (that could probably fit one of his Ferrari's inside the van) as a trade in deal. The 4 year old van with 8 doors and a bed inside had been sitting on the lot for months and was not the type of vehicle Chris usually sold. Chris knew he needed to move the van that didn't fit into his normal inventory range. There was no haggling, no high pressure to buy this product or pay extra for some other service. Just friends helping each other solve a problem. We signed the papers and I gave them a certified check. Unfortunately the actual delivery of the van was a little more complicated because of differing state laws, the Christmas - New Years Holidays, and unforeseen mechanical problems. As part of the "dealer prep," they discovered a few problems that were fixed under the manufacturer?s warranty. In addition, they also replaced 4 tires and a wheel rim because they did not meet the Ferrari dealership?s exceptionally high standards for customer satisfaction. Our salesperson, Esmael Rodrigues, has to be the nicest and most considerate person we have ever done business with. We talked on the phone often (sometimes three times a day) as he explained a problem and how they were going to make sure that it was going to be resolved to their high customer satisfaction standards. Instead of sending a "runner" to perform the ordinary mundane tasks, Esmael personally drove the van everywhere to get whatever procedure needed to be accomplished. In fact, I was so impressed with Esmael that I actually designed and handmade a special gift because of his commitment to total customer satisfaction. Al Warwick, RI
