We originally went to check out the 2017 Honda Pilots soon after they arrived on the lots. We knew we weren't ready to buy, and we were honest about this with Mike (Briere). He still spent substantial time answering our millions of questions and went on a test drive with us. All in all, between the (literally) crawling around inside the vehicle in the showroom, answering our questions and the test drive, we were there for an hour, easily. Mike was a gem. No pressure, no snub. We thanked him for all his help, took his card, shook his hand, knowing we'd go back, eventually, and close the sale with him. Fast forward a year, and we were ready to buy. We forgot his card, but fortunately we found him easily, smiling, on the lot! More questions answered, another test drive, some chat about our chickens... and he walked us through the sale of our new Pilot, nice as could be. No pressure, patient, smiling:) He's been attentive and responsive, and patient, following up - with delivery, "training" on the computer system, etc. Overall, a positive car buying experience, thanks to Mike!
