Of course the ex wife and others said omg you got a headache of troubles by buying a Maserati! I ignored all. I have the 2014 SQ4 is incredible and the Sport mode is incredible. But a bit too dangerous for me because I always floor it!! Amazing and BEAUTIFUL car!

On November 19 I traveled from my home to Jim butler Maserati in maplewood Mo I live in souther il. This mornings travel was focused on purchasing my 2024 gmc sierra. At first when I arrived immediately I felt to be in the right place. Going forward was more than amazing in every way. Brian was my contact first I had a connection with him early on with the deal. Later in the deal worked with Mike the finance guy . Both did a great job in sitting up the purchase with my concerns and questions answered. I met a 3 week new employee Nora and her twin sister Caitlyn age 19 I think they have a solid future at Jim butler. Finally the general manager Brett did a basic final review with me on every aspect of my purchase . I was there again very pleased with his efforts. Overall experience I wish every dealer experience could be like this because it should be. I had to travel over two hours to see this for myself happy to report it was worth every mile. I am now enjoying my Sierra it is excellent everything I was looking for and more. Jim Butler you have a rock solid business with a very focused A1 staff keep this going good thing will come!

I just bought this car and it has met and surpassed my expectations. The interior upholstery is pristine and so is the exterior. The drive is very smooth and I can feel the power of the car when I step on the gas. I'm loving this car.

My vehicle broke down on my way from bowling Green ky. I had to have my truck towed to Bentley Buick gmc. I called hector at the location 7:15 am and by 9:30 am he returned call telling me my vehicle was repaired. I was so shocked that quick that he got my truck in and repaired it. Power beyond reason and body lines that defy modern convention. This is a motor carriage, make no mistake, this is not an automobile it is a beautifully appointed machine. Every inch of this vehicle astounds, the command of power leaves onlookers struck dumb. The engine echos with the wining churn of an F1 car. It pushes through the streets hungry for open road, downshifting on a highway will give you goosebumps. If I could have one car forever it would be this car. I wouldn't trade this car for anything. If you have the chance, buy one immediately.

It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

My wife and I were in the market to purchase my son a pre-owned jeep, and we wanted something that was already fixed up so we found TCD. They had a great selection to choose from. Once we arrived at the dealership you could tell that this was going to be different than any other car buying experience we've had. Jack was first to introduce himself. He was not a fast-talking silver tongue devil like a "like i probably was" stereotypical car salesman that you might be used to. He was a quiet young man that spoke at the right time and when it was necessary. He listens to our wants and needs and never asked us to remind him over and over! It was a subtle character quality that he possessed, and I didn't think too much about it while we were there, but it was a refreshing quality Jack was very knowledge about the vehicle as well. The vehicle we were interested in was a new trade in, so it wasn't quite ready, so I tell you this to say the way the dealership as a whole jumped in to help get the vehicle sales floor ready, was awesome! You could tell that this wasn't their first rodeo! Next was Tina the GM this gal was on top of her game. Very sweet and accommodating but you could tell on the other side of that coin was a savvy tough businesswoman that was going to be fair but by no means going to be taken advantage of! She settled my early onset buyer's remorse that i could feel brewing with transparency. Mo finished up our car deal and was also the finance guy! I loved that cause once we came to an agreement, we shook hand and started banging out paperwork! Mo was an awesome dude very knowledgeable with all the different extended warranties packages which i never did until we bought our last used vehicle and needed to use it on the way home from the dealer. We were in and out in no time. Lastly the Owner Austin! how cool is it for the owner of the dealership to make himself available to his customers. He personally helped my wife and I with whatever we needed or questions we had. It was nice not to have to wait for a salesman to run ask the manager a question then run back with and answer! By the time he got back I probably had 3 or 4 more question to send him running back with! lol Austin was personable and kind! Which was a breath of fresh air this day in time. This was also after the dealership had closed on a Sat night! A few things that are small but can make or break a car deal is that they had fresh free hotdogs cooking all day with 5 or 6 different flavors of soda pop obviously coffee with one of those fancy coffee makes with different flavors of coffee and cappuccino, clean bathrooms and something as a parent and someone that used to sale cars they had a nice selection of boys and girls toys! if you've ever tried to purchase a car with a bored toddler forget about it! the salesman can feel the words we're going to have to come back without the kids. that's how the dealership down the street with toys just made your customer their latest car buyer! Shout out to Scot and Bryan as well! They weren't involved in my car deal but did a good job at making us feel welcome and at ease! Sorry about them Aggie's buddy! This car is solid, quality built and a blast to drive. It is the sports beast you expect at the over 100k new price point. Do not waste your time on the base model unless that is all you can afford, otherwise spend a little extra on the “S”.

The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially Sean and Ozzie. They knew that I was flying in to pick up the car and had limited time on the ground. With over 40K miles, my Ghibli SQ4 is still running super smooth. Love this car...both styling and driving. No significant mechanical issues. I did run into a "turbo under-boost" code this year, but it was related to a worn seal in one of the duct(?) tubes. Anyhow, it was a $350 job via an honest local mechanic (not a dealer). In terms of driver technology engagement, the '16 Ghibli isn't perfect and I wish it was more tech-forward features. However, this would not have dissuaded me from buying the car. :) My wife's 2015 BMW 5-Series doesn't have Apple CarPlay either...but we survive.
