I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.

Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Our sales agent, “Big Mac” was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. He took the time to explain all aspects of the car we were interested in and worked hard to meet our budget (and succeeded!!). He even filled the tank full. The little extras were so fun. Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

It?s definitely a rare car , super fast , luxurious with very nice front design typical of mazerati , Bit small and tight in back seat , but very nice interior. I have owned this car as new for 8 months and it?s been a great ride , it has the sport option button that definitely makes it sound like a sport racing car . However at a start it?s bit slow , I was expecting more power . I also agree that the shifting handle is disappointing . I have owned Bmw 5 , Passat V6 , I do own Mercedes sport Slk 2008 , but my last one was Jaguar XF supercharged V8 that I would have kept if I could extend the warranty for a decent price , that car was an amazing car , it had it all with zero issues and I admit it still my reference car in it?s category. I think it?s bit early for me to juge the Ghibli completely but I do think it?s overpriced for a V6.

Overall good experience, no pressure and very accommodating. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely buy from this dealership in the future again.
