I was fortunate to be helped by Haley, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She provided the best customer service I’ve ever received at a car lot—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She is a true asset to the company and honestly deserves to be paid well. She's the reason I stopped shopping around and knew this was the right dealership for us. Although I came in during the afternoon and ended up staying late, not once did I feel rushed. Every staff member I interacted with—Haley, Steve, and the team in the business office—was kind, patient, and thorough. Pleased, I expected as a small car that the ride would be bumpy. It rides like a larger car. No under carriage noise. No window noise. Very important to me.

Overall, for the money, great value. Two minor negatives - visibility through rear mirror less than I was used to; FM radio reception inferior to previous vehicles. May be due to the tires, but at highway speeds, road noise is high. I'll try different tires when they need replacement.

This car gets phenomenal gas mileage, is comfortable and roomy and has great styling. I am so happy to own it. The Crossover is perfect for me and my dog:)

I'm enjoying the car. The only difficulty that I've encountered is that I can't get XM satellite radio started in my car since the trial subscription had long expired by the time I purchased the car.

I found the perfect Porsche Cayenne at this dealership. Even though I had to fly to Cincinnati to pay for it and drive it back to Arkansas it was worth it. My sales person, Isaiah, was a pleasure to work with and the car is just wonderful!

My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.
