Last week I put up a post about breaks on my Mazda CX-9 the service manager Tom called me and he did an excellent job in resolving my problem he went above and beyond to put the customer first I wish everyone you dealt with was more like him thank you for the excellent service

From start to finish, this was the best buying experience I've had. Cameron was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. He went over everything before I signed to insure transparency. I never felt pressured. At delivery, he went over the entire vehicle to make sure I understood how my new car worked, and insisted I contact him if there were questions once I got it home. The entire process was so easy, and best of all, I know I got a fair deal. If you're in the market for a new car, do yourself a favor and visit Werner first.

I have to say that was the easiest car buying experience I ever had at a dealership besides Carvana. Cameron Landry was down to earth and really made me feel valued as a customer. The entire group at Werner made me feel welcome and I can tell they support the military as everyone thanked me for my service (Active Duty Air Force Recruiter). It all started with a phone call to your dealership and Barry answered the phone and from there we had an hour drive Barry had what we were looking for and held it for us he then turned us on to another car sales man in sorry I lost his card but he was great as well. Purchased my vehicle new from dealer 40 miles from home, original preferred dealer closed . Choose Tulley due to location (15mi.) and positive feedback from my son who had service performed on his vehicle. First time at this dealer so it was a little confusing on where to go but I figured it out was pointed to waiting area and ultimately had to ask were to pay bill and retrieve keys. Suggest that for first time visit some direction on where/how to bring vehicle in for service also an escort to waiting area and pointing out. rest rooms, payment area etc.. My only concern was that whoever worked on my vehicle transferred cigarette smoke odor into interior of my truck either from their clothing, hands or location/proximity to smoking area. Drove home with windows opened and left them partially down overnight to resolve/abate issue. I was genuinely pleased with with prompt recall service and will definitely return and perhaps purchase next vehicle from Tulley

The service completed before was supposed to be and was done very well.

I drove down from Vermont to purchase a 2015 VW Beetle. The car was in showroom condition, Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The sales process was handled quickly and I was soon headed back to Vermont. Great price! No comparison to going into a new car dealership. I will return for my next car.
