I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! Had the pleasure of having Bill Edwards as my sales consultant and I could not have been happier. I had no intention of buying a vehicle I strictly wanted to get some info and maybe take a test drive. Bill was phenomenal in his knowledge of every aspect of the Mazda SUV's. He told us all about the exterior, engine, interior, the Whitten guarantee and what makes Mazda more satisfactory than other brands. He offered the ability to test drive but was in no way pushy and you can tell his agenda is to educate the buyer as opposed to the annoying sell sell sell mentality. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. ago New I had been looking for a few months, when I found a car that really caught my interest.
