Update: After a bumpy start, Mike Smith, the General Sales Manager went above and beyond to fix some problems I encountered. I'm very grateful to him for how he handled the situation. He made it very clear that he would take care of the issues that happened and make necessary changes. I have to give credit where credit is due. All issues have been resolved and Route 9 Mazda even went a little further to insure customer support.

My husband and I picked up our new 2022 Mazda 3 yesterday. We live in Green Valley but could not find the car we wanted closer than Scottsdale. We dealt with Austin Mougel by email and texts to trade our vehicle and buy the Mazda we wanted. I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.

Was kept informed of my vehicle service status and technician sent a video of the vehicle being serviced was told upfront what the charge would be while I waited in the comfortable customer waiting area with tv coffee and snacks
