It took a little longer than I wouldve wanted it to but I finally found the truck I wanted.

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.

Had oil change and vehicle inspection. Found some torn joints that needed immediate attention. We?re able to repair the same day. Was able to get everything completed in half a day.

We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

This has been the second best experience on buying a new car from Alex Wier. He took his time and was so very patient with us. I will continue to buy my next Toyota vehicle from Joe Myers Toyota. Usually it feels creepy walking into a dealership, but this place was very comfortable.

So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. My new CX-30 is excellent. Design handling ergonomic quality marvelous. The infotainment system is not easy for me as an older person but eventually I get it going. The dogs love it.

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!

Rodney Feltus at Joe Myers Toyota was fantastic to work with. He was personable, listened well, and proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable. After our ordered-from-factory car arrived, Rodney gave my wife and I what's *easily* the most thorough tour of a new, high-tech car with we've ever gotten. His tour was *way* better than the standard "Here's the keys, now get out of here" some dealers seem to do. Part of the reason we chose Joe Myers is because Rodney was the only sales rep among several dealerships we talked to, who was willing to give us a *proper* number on what the 'drive off' price would be for a factory-ordered car. Every other dealership we talked to essentially refused to put any price in writing- asking us to put money down for an order, then negotiate a price *after* arrival. No thanks! Aside from the care and attention we were given *before* our purchase, Rodney got in contact a while after our purchase to check how we were doing with our new purchase (we *love* it!). Another nice *very* note- I needed a dealer signature on a form in order to get a Texas rebate for my new car. I contacted Rodney about it, emailed him a document to print and sign- and that was it- an envelope with the printed and signed documents arrived at my house a week later, with no need for extra reminders. I *really* appreciate that level of care being shown after the original transaction was complete, and would *definitely* recommend this place (and especially our sales person, Rodney) to others

They tried to help me get the vehicle i wanted but my credit didn't help and to boot the advertised ad says no credit needed is really disappointing all these vehicles and they can't help just want a hand up not a hand out
