Where to I begin to explain how wonderful this dealership is? James Charm, my salesperson, was so understanding and patient. He took the time to explain everything I needed. I had some difficulties with the car I purchased and he resolved everything! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Bernard Bryant, the sales manager was so friendly and helpful. Got a good deal on a very low mileage Ford Maverick. Salesperson was low key. Didn’t get as much as I deserved for the trade in.

Everything from making the appointment to dropping the truck off to the work getting done in the time window promised was excellent. Ashley (my service advisor) was great and very helpful.

So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

I took my XC60 Recharge in for it annual maintenance and explained I was having trouble with the heater in the pure drive mode. Just said he knew what the problem was and would take a look. the 2022 car was still under warranty and they were able to replace the parts and fix the problem as well as do the annual maintenance. This is the third time I've had the car into their service shop and I've always been quite satisfied. They have a very nice waiting room, so bring you phone and/or computer. Geoff Durango Colorado

The dealership is relatively new so the facility is very clean and well maintained. All of the people that I met and delt with were welcoming, friendly and polite. If the dealership wasn't so darn far away from where I live, I would gladly frequent it more often. Anthony Saba was the salesman; a nice young man and easy to work with. Tylor (sp), I don't remember his last name, was the person who handled the financial side of my purchase. Also, very friendly and easy to work with.

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

Nice people and while you wait. They buy you lunch and a full tank of gas! They'll try to make things work. And free oil change!!!

After weeks of calling pretty much every Toyota dealership and none of them being able to deliver, we were frustrated. Earnhardt Toyota was our last shot. I put in an inquiry online at 8 AM, and by 8:30, the sales rep called me. Manny really came through — super patient and helpful. He found a car that got delivered to the dealership that same day and made sure everything was ready for us to pick it up. He made sure the paperwork was ready for our arrival , had the car pulled up, and got it prepped for us. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet him in person to thank him since he was off at 3, but he made sure one of his coworkers helped us out. The whole process only took about 1.5 hours, and we drove home in our new ride. Huge thanks to Manny and Curtis (finance) for being patient and making this such a great experience! I really hope Manny gets credit for this sale — he definitely earned it!

Called in need of a price to install a kit of cables for my wife's EOS. After several failed attempts and unreturned calls i reached Vince M late on a friday. he took the time to understand what i needed. Turns out Berge doesn't do this type of service on the convertible top but he assured me they had someone nearby who does all their work. as it was late in the day the other business was closed and Vince promised to follow up and call me with a price monday morning. Lo and behold on monday morning I got a call from Vince with the installation quote. Thanks Vince for following through on your commitment!

To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! My husband and I picked up our new 2022 Mazda 3 yesterday. We live in Green Valley but could not find the car we wanted closer than Scottsdale. Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

I purchased this car after getting hit head on in my Mazda MX five, which was totaled, but thankfully protected me from serious injury. I’m a big Mazda fan having owned a brand new Miata for 20 years prior to trading it in for the MX five. I looked at BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and several other type SUV vehicles and chose to purchase the CX 30. I love the size and the nimbleness of handling. The reliability of Mazda’s can’t be beat in my opinion. I have essentially had no issues after buying this car brand new in December 2019 and still owning it as of spring 2024. Other than the normal maintenance I’ve had zero problems. It is easy to park maneuver and has good storage. If someone has really long legs and it’s going to ride in the back seat, they may not be perfectly comfortable. There are several things I wish I could change. One the size of the key fob is too big to fit into small purses And pockets. The center console top opens weirdly, and if you have the back seat full of items, it is often impossible to get into that compartment. It would be better if it open side to side, as is more traditional than tilting to the back where there isn’t adequate clearance when the backseat is full. The only other thing I wish is that it had electric seats. I also find that the shoulder strap on my neck given my height, and it would be very helpful if the shoulder strap was adjustable for people who are not tall. I agree with the reviews describing the easiness of the entertainment system. There is very little not to like about this car. I will definitely buy this model again.

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

Kyle Leckey is one of the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with, low pressure and will work for you. Steve finance does a phenomenal job. General manager David Kohler is a phenomenal person to work with on the higher level at a dealership. I have purchased many vehicles from Chapman Ford and will continue to do so.
