So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

My initial visit to Waldorf TOYOTA was for a recall. I made an appointment and arrived promptly. Upon arrival, I was given a 20-mile checkup and a fix for a minor issue. I was also contacted regarding the status of my vehicle. Later, I was informed that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Overall, my experience at Waldorf TOYOTA was great. I have no complaints about the atmosphere or the politeness of the staff. The coffee was also excellent, thanks to Waldorf TOYOTA.

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!

New dealership looks great. They needed a bigger space. Did not really take to the person that assisted me. She was indifferent and was kind of a fast talker and a mumbler. Very dry personality. Love the new look and do enjoy a few of the people that work there but this experience was meh!!!

Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. I had a very stress free and simple purchase. My salesman Sayed was outstanding — very knowledgeable, very accommodating of changing schedules, and very pleasant to work with. There were none of the “usual tricks” — disappearing with the trade-in keys, asking “what it would take to buy the car today” etc etc. They honored the “internet price” without being asked. The best compliment I can give is that I would go back there to buy another new car.

This is my baby! I absolutely love this car! It handles beautifully and very comfortable to ride in. I got the select because we wanted the 18” wheels. It has better braking capability. It also has a 2.5 - 4 engine. Radio is the only con because there is no antenna. But none of the new cars have one. Overall, this is the very best car for us and highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a smaller SUV.

Beautiful, finely crafted vehicle. Nothing else comes close to the quality and value for the money - or for even significantly more. Great fuel economy. I’m not a CUV guy ( This is my wife’s car ), but the ride and the handling are especially impressive for a “tall” vehicle. In a sea of clunky, uninspiring designs this vehicle is truly elegant. I went to the Criswell Nissan in Germantown, MD. You never know what to expect when going to dealerships. I went to get an oil change and an inspection to make sure everything was working well. Matthew was the person who helped me and he was very informative. I am not very knowledgeable about cars but he made sure to explain everything thoroughly. He also gave me a complimentary car wash. I will definitely be returning for any future car service I need.

I came in upset because some work that was supposed to be done on my 2020 Nissan Sentra was malfunctioning and they told me it was fix. They ask me to leave the car and got a rental. I was only gone for 20mins and Ishmael called me about getting into a new car. I told him people have told me they wasn’t about to get me out my car contract. He said send him over everything and let him try. I got a call like 1-2 hrs later from him telling me he got me approved with no money down on a car. I came in looked at what he got me approved for. He got me approved for a 2025 Nissan Sentra. It was the same car another Nissan told me i need $4000 to leave with the car. I was so happy and excited. I never thought i was going to ever get out my old contract. He also gave me the car off the show room floor. Ishmael was so funny, helpful. I RECOMMEND HIM FOR EVERYBODY. They don’t call him the top sales for nothing. Ishmael basically did what everybody said couldn’t be done and I’m so thankful for him. If i could give him billion of stars i would.

Purchased the base CX30 in June and just reached 2500 miles. I like the 16' standard rims as new tire purchases will be less costly. The car has plenty of room up front and in the hatch, however, rear leg room is minimal. The 2.5-4 is adequate, but definitely gets up in Sport mode merging on the highway. I like the stiffer ride from the torsion bar rear suspension, although that has been a complaint from some reviewers. The interior appointments are premium imo, and I prefer the infotainment system not having the touch screen. Great little car (GLC).

Bought 3 cars with zero problems. Currently have my RAV4 maintenance service done and appt was as scheduled. Jordan was assigned and I received updates on what he was doing and a final report for what was checked and what was done.

It's the first vehicle that I have ever owned that I take out driving just for sake of driving! No destination just driving... I get a big grin every time I press the accelerator on my CX-30 Turbo Premium Plus trim. I am very happy with it and very happy that Mazda holds the top spot at consumer reports for reliability. The funny thing is, Mazda was not even on my radar originally, but it happens that it was one of the few dealerships in my area that had any inventory. Once I test drove it....It was Game Over! Went home and did a bunch or research and found out all the good stuff...went back the next day and bought it.

I purchased this car after getting hit head on in my Mazda MX five, which was totaled, but thankfully protected me from serious injury. I’m a big Mazda fan having owned a brand new Miata for 20 years prior to trading it in for the MX five. I looked at BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and several other type SUV vehicles and chose to purchase the CX 30. I love the size and the nimbleness of handling. The reliability of Mazda’s can’t be beat in my opinion. I have essentially had no issues after buying this car brand new in December 2019 and still owning it as of spring 2024. Other than the normal maintenance I’ve had zero problems. It is easy to park maneuver and has good storage. If someone has really long legs and it’s going to ride in the back seat, they may not be perfectly comfortable. There are several things I wish I could change. One the size of the key fob is too big to fit into small purses And pockets. The center console top opens weirdly, and if you have the back seat full of items, it is often impossible to get into that compartment. It would be better if it open side to side, as is more traditional than tilting to the back where there isn’t adequate clearance when the backseat is full. The only other thing I wish is that it had electric seats. I also find that the shoulder strap on my neck given my height, and it would be very helpful if the shoulder strap was adjustable for people who are not tall. I agree with the reviews describing the easiness of the entertainment system. There is very little not to like about this car. I will definitely buy this model again.

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.
