I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

I own a 21 Carbon Edition. Great vehicle. And worth every penny. I came from owning only Hondas. Traded in a 2021 Accord Sport SE with 7000 miles. I have 22k miles and have not any issues so far. I love the color, step in height, the look, the interior, the exterior. Average 29-31 on the highway. Best decision I've made concerning buying a new vehicle

Always a great experience at Mazda. I purchased my first brand new vehicle in 2023 with the help of Jairon. Gabby Thomas, Service Advisor extraordinaire, did a great job scheduling my 2018 Honda Accord Touring for a replacement battery, and the battery was installed perfectly. If you own a Honda and you need a battery, I recommend purchasing it at David McDavid Honda of Frisco. Take note; my experience has been the batteries Honda installs have a better warranty versus the auto parts store batteries. After many years owning Hondas, I find using Honda parts installed by Honda technicians is the way to go.
