This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Not only are they competent in the work they do, they greet you with a smile. They keep one updated and consistently return the car ahead of schedule and quite literally walk the customer to the car and open the door.

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

Had an amazing experience with our car purchase here. EchoPark has a relaxing environment, didn’t feel pressured or salesey like dealerships can feel. We spent about 4 hours with Oz (who was awesome!) as he let us look at a few different vehicles and test drive them. We will be back in the future for any other car purchases!

This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

By far the best Sub $40k vehicle I've ever owned. And I'm a UAW worker. Driving, Power, Interior material quality are top notch. Alot of soft touch materials.

Great service and experience. I got my car before the expected day of arrival and it was very convenient for is. Matt was great at going through all the paper work with us and the product specialist explained all the features of the car which was very helpful. the experience with gebhardt bmw was one of the best I have ever had with a dealership I had some credit issues but Jc Mullen (salesman) was an amazing person to work with he worked his fingers to the bone and it took about a week and a half but he managed to get it done for me all through phone calls and text messages I live about 240 miles from them and could not just run over there and figure it out but Jc got it done when I got to the dealership to pick up my new ride Jc was waiting with a handshake and paperwork ready to sign I then went to the finance managers office to finalize the deal and when going over the numbers I noticed there was some numbers that were not what I was quoted (keep reading) the original quote was for $164 a month when I went to sign the paperwork the new monthly payment was $147.99 a month I wasn't complaining but did ask why and was told "well is that a bad thing " and we had a laugh as I said no not at all they had found me a better interest rate from when I got approved to when I got to the dealership like I said all in all one of the best dealings with a dealership I have ever had truly a standup place with great people to deal with

I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. I thought “no way will this get approved” I’ll have to drive two hours back home without the new vehicle. Well I am pleased that I had Vincent and Kurt to help every step of the way. Between the two, they got me the best deal possible and I got exactly what I wanted. Never any pressure at all from anyone. The whole team there was exceptional to work with. Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!
